I have a lovely new Bible, to go along with Father Mike's Bible in a Year program, and I love it. BUT I admit that I am making notes in the margins and I could use more room!
I love having ample room to write
Sometimes I highlight something just because I think it is amusing. Like "The sons of Eli were worthless men." Inspiring? No. Except perhaps to inspire me to not be described as worthless.
