I remember last year when Yomi was in a bad depressive spiral, Ichigo collabed with her and made her stay over at her place a few days which ultimately helped Yomi a ton mentally. And there's other stories like that where she looks out for others, and historically that kind of person often has problems looking for the help they need.
It's good she spoke to Alice and her chat, but I hope she realizes she has other friends she can talk to when she needs it.

This highlights a very apparent problem in the entertainment industry. Always being having to be in character, high standards and social expectations can really take a toll on someone. "'I dont know what to do' I cant SAY that". If you keep bottling it up one day you will burst. But despite all her struggles she managed to push through. I think she will graduate soon. She’s been away more than she has streamed. Which is really sad. I think she doesn’t have it in her to do this anymore. She was one of the first in nijisanji. I wish she could get her mojo back but I think we might have to say goodbye to such an adorable member. I don’t look forward to that time. It really sucks.
I wouldn't be that negative. Ichigo simply has a lot of time to grow and you have to remember that she isn't as big as some others in Niji, thus she isn't tied down too much by expectation
That being said, eventually she will have to grad alongside any other V-Tuber but I don't think it'll be anytime soon, especially since a lot of them love their jobs
