INTERVIEW: DONALD WADDELL, THE CIGAR ROOM

Before opening his own cigar lounge, Donald Waddell did not typically go to cigar shops and had very few friends that were part of the cigar community. After attending the Big Smoke, he decided he wanted to recreate the camaraderie and community experienced at this big cigar event within his own cigar shop. Donald shares his story with Rob Gagner including how he carried out his research and the simple action he took to ensure his customers kept coming back to The Cigar Room in Madison, Alabama.
