Nathan is not angry with Haley in this episode in fact he continues to want to help Haley realize his dreams he sacrifices their couples out of love for Haley he is just afraid of being a brake on his success in his singing career he believes that she can succeed in playing if he leaves her space he makes sacrifices again out of love for Haley like when he sacrificed High Flyers for Haley Nathan did everything out of love and Haley did not understand Nathan's message in season 3 it was a subtext for her to understand that he still loved her but that he did not want to prevent her from succeedinging again it was a proof of confidence in my eyes❤
Me and my mom recently rewatched One Tree Hill (it was my first time watching but my mom's 2nd time) And this episode had to be one of my favorites if not my favorite And Sophia your acting is amazing Joy you were always my favorite person on the show Don't worry Hilarie you were up there as well i feel like i personally relate to. Sophia i've always loved your acting same with Joy and Hilarie
So, I'm thinking the actress that Paul made cry is Michelyn Mcguire based on the episodes that he directed. She was a contestant on America's Next Top Model, same as Carrie Anne that was featured in season 4.
i will never understand why the girls say larry is such a good dad when hello he literally left her to fend for herself amd live ALONE AT 16 YEARS OLD???? makes zero sense, he didnt come home when she was assaulted or anything, so how is he a good dad? idk yall i just dont see it.
They’ve addressed the parents not being around issue in previous episodes. But in this particular instance, with Larry and the Ellie situation he was a good father.
my exact thoughts too when i first watched the show, but im now on a rewatch and im realizing that peyton actually chose to not tell him. lucas asked if she told her dad, and she said she doesnt want him to come home bc pyscho derek has alrdy been dealt with (by being thrown thru her window)
I felt so sorry for Nathan with this storyline, he truly loves Hailey and it destroyed him. I was proper hating Haley for this because like going away and following your dream is fine, acceptable and he was always making comprimises for her, but going on tour with the man that you kissed?! You can’t blame him for how he feels. But I can even see haley’s side and it makes sense, she was always this sensible girl like of course she’s gonna go off the rails and make mistakes. They are my favourite couple!!!
For me what i find unrealistic is a teen alone at home for long period of time and trust a teen girl and dad goes for work out of town ,same situation in scream movie was this a thing in US?..the brooke and lucas commucation comes from how their parents communicate i mean uncle keith has crush on his mom and lucas sees how their dancing around situation while haley parent is all open and says whatever kinda hippie vibe and Dan is his exactly his father ..love seeing that on the show of why Dan is the way he is ..trouble psychotic kid killing a bird to bad teen and dad
