Many developed countries are wants that the uncivilized people should be civilized one. They should have the power of education (real education ( which is not written in the books , it's is given by the parents, generations after generation it's is given or transfer)which they perhaps missing but they (developed countries)wants to closely to you ( to support all sorts of development, the real education, to become a perfect man and woman) if you are approaching in official ways.
