Another very interesting trip. Never heard of the hot therapy before. How did you feel after? Loved the antique shop and of course the food you get! Looking forward to the next trip!!
To be honest, the lower back pain that I had from the morning was much better. But all that smoke made my throat hurt a little for the next two days and I smelled like mugwort smoke for 3 days(even after showering) I think it was a good experience (cultural) but should not be considered a medical treatment and should be done with caution
I love seeing and listening to how Koreans take care of the body. It's so fascinating and refreshing knowing that it shouldn't be about pharmaceuticals.
What a great trip! Very informational and actually makes so much sense pertaining to circulation and cold vs. warm bodies. Thanks for really "sharing" this journey with us!
I loved every second of this video and the lady speaking to you at Yakseokwon was hilarious 😂😂. I loved how unique your Korea vlogs are. I literally felt like I was walking with you the whole time. And that cafe what amazing!! I’ve never seen one like it before! Can’t wait for more trips! X
A side note... this kind of stuff should NEVER be done at home and the risks often outweigh the results that have not been scientifically proven. Steaming your sensitive private parts (particularly vaginal steaming) can lead to irritation of the skin and even burns if the heat is not properly managed. Additionally, for women, that part of the body is maintained by a particular balance of yeast and bacteria and additives from "herbal medicines" could lead to infections. In short, don't do this yourself and only do it if you are aware of the risks.
I’m an Aussie Grandmother just back from South Korea (LOVED it planning next one) got to say after you sitting on that hotpot you deserve lots of love 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 keep up the great videos
I am thinking of taking a trip to Korea. This would be an interesting place to visit being that I love antiques stuff. Beautiful, truly enjoying your videos.
I really love old architecture. Things were built to last and wooden structural beams had to be properly supported with cross beams like this since they lacked a lot of the metal supports that we use nowadays.
I’m traveling to Korea in November we are a group of 27 so far. We all are BTS fans and obviously we’re planning on visiting the places where BTS have been, but your latest videos are making me want to visit other places that 17 days will not be enough. Loved the hot treatment 😂😂😂
Awesome Danny . Thanks again for a great video and you know how much I love Korea. Of cos will visit your restaurant again. Next trip will be a much longer one and this video gives me some great ideas...❤
I really enjoyed this segment. I could have spent the whole day in the museum. Seeing you doing the hot pot session was amazing. Keep up the good work and I will keep enjoying your trips from my armchair.
Another interesting vlog so thank you, Dan. That converted café looked amazing. Not sure if I'd like 'my bits' being overheated like that - brave man - but an experience you will remember, no doubt!!! Thanks for sharing. Best wishes from the UK.
Oh sorry that i missed it. I wanted to watch immediately but i was on the long flight abroad 🙏😊. Everything here looks amazing Danny. All of these i never saw.. this Ganghwa Island is unique isn’t it… whatta experience.. you should go back here again Danny and get more Mugwort treatments. It makes you healthier, right? 😊💝 Stay healthy and happy Danny… you’re the one that makes us happy too with your videos. Love it and love you ❤❤❤
Thank you, Danny, for another interesting and wonderful experience. That cafe was really beautiful. 😯 And about the lady... I laughed out loud when she said you must have a lot of fans because you're handsome. Absolutely true!! 🤭 I'm glad you're feeling a little better now. You take care of yourself 🤗and I'll be waiting for the next video.😁
Did the bird scold you? 😅 You were probably near its nest.😊 The market is great too. And that in between was a lot of interesting info about heat, body, blood and health.😅 But in Korea the Iced Americano tastes too good and it's kind of a part of it for me. So I couldn't do without that.😊 Thank you to you. Not everyone would have done that and filmed it. I think you are very brave.😘
Dan bonjour. Immense merci. Enfin je découvre la Corée. Le café est incroyable et la mugwort therapy m’était totalement inconnue 😄 Vos vlogs sont toujours très intéressants. Continuez à nous emmener voyager. 😃👏
I love this idea of taking trips with you to see what it is like! Thank you for sharing your experiences. I love the title of this video! You are so funny!
The item next to the old U.S. phone is a Cash Register. Thank you for taking me on this trip with you. I think you are amazing! I just wish you had the option of saving the video. I would love to go back and watch your videos again. 💕💕
4:10 "Ok this is scary no no no no no "😂😂 Anyway, thank you for the video, this was really entertaining !👍 And the owner wa also so funny and caring, I could tell she was 100% invested in her work
Noticing the comfort level slowly riding as the heat lol. But glad you enjoyed. I wouldn't have survived in the hested treatment. Im naturally hot all the time lol 😂. Your videos are wetting my traveling appetite again. Ready to go abroad ⛵

Hello from the USA! I really enjoyed this video. I loved the vintage cafe. I could spend hours there just looking around! The mugwort therapy was very interesting, but not sure it's something for me!🤪 You made if fun! Thank you so much for sharing your travels. It feels a little like being there.🥰
The woman in the place you was with the heath, she was very talkative 😅 I like people like it because they make me feel welcome. I like the markets very much 🥰 I like to support small shops and experience local food and things. I especially like retro, vintage, and old things :) You get scared easier than me. I once nearly got a heart attack because I bleached my hair, passed by the mirror, and saw myself 😂 I assume you learn so much about your city, just like we as the watchers do😊 I like the video, and I look forward to your next one 🙌
lol funny story about the bleached hair!! it happened to me today also because I had a white t-shirt and the window reflection of something white scared me haha
Super interesting video! I loved the cafe and your treatment was fun to watch. I'm left wondering though, if you were able to shower after all that perspiring. You must have been, surely 🙃
Great video Dan,...very informative about the mugwort treatment and makes lots of sense...stop drinking ice anything, drink warm lemon water right upon waking up in the am,..and you will see how great you feel.
Danny you look so cute in that dress!🩲🙈🤣🤣 In the end you drank the iced americano😉.....the poor lady spent so much time explaining the benefits of this treatment to you!😅
The Cafe is terrific on many levels, love the whole vibe, and how they combined the vintage things in that way with the new interior and the design of the Cafe is so artistic and creative. 😍 You filming yourself while having the mugwort therapy is the stunner of all this year`s videos - in the absolute best way! I haven`t LOL-ed this much for a long time! 🤣😂 The little tough love from the Lady at the therapy center made a lot of sense, but I`m surprised how relaxed she talked about the body naming men's parts and other lower parts so freely, even with a stranger. 😅 Thank you once again, Danny! Love your surprises! This made it now to my Top 5 Vlogs from you. 🙌👏😊
The cafe was amazingggggg! about the lady talking .. umm I think in our culture and especially in the countryside with the elders, it's very funny and a family-like feeling. it's just like being scolded by mom. it would have been inappropriate if it was in a restaurant or sth by a younger person but she was probably older than my mom and it was a funny and cozy feeling.
@@ThizisDanny I would`ve taken my time at the cafe to explore, but would be stuck for a while around the piano for sure (no surprise 😜) and played you a little song, that is if it`s not too much out of tune. 😅 Ah, sounds like the Korean culture is similar to the Serbian when it comes to the elderly in the countryside, I`d describe it as funny and cozy too. 👍😊
That is one the largest and coolest cafe/bakery I have seen. to bad it isn't closer to Seoul so it would get more business. btw thanks for taking one for the team (as we say in the west)! We got to experience this through you!
it's doing well actually. It's not too far from seoul but I mean it doesn't have to be. Seoul is just a city but there are many many big cities in Korea that has enough population for a business to thrive :) I think because of it's remote location, people visit more as a trip?!
💚 🤔Alrighty, seems I learned something new today! Butt 🤣I think I'd have to personally pass on a mugwort V-steaming thou, as I have no need to remove any tacky wallpaper! 🤨
Thanks Dan! Enjoyed watching this video of Ganghwa Island. I can't wait to go along with you on other trips. I love seeing the different places through your eyes. I love all of your videos! Where are we going to next? 😊👍💜
@@ThizisDanny Hi Dan! Hoping to visit there one day soon. Also want to visit your bar. But I'm enjoying your videos until I can get there. You do a great job making these videos! And thanks for taking the time to do them. I'm from the states, living in the state of Georgia. Can't wait for your next video!
Wow, that was such a beautiful and amazing place, I love it when places get upcycled and repurposed. It keeps that little bit of history going. Lol love how the birds wete telling you off😂. Good on you for doing that little bit self care and getting that therapy in. I thought it was hot cups you were going to get. There's a heat therapy called 'cupping', so it was a shock to see you had to sit on it. But that's like what we women do called Yoni Steaming and you use Mugwort, other herbs and flowers too. And you sit over a bowl with hot water the herbs. It's great for vaginal and womb heal, the same as with your heat therapy getting that heat in for your core, is great for body. So it was great learning something new. Thank for taking us on this intetrsting journey; and thanks for being so open with us as well. I hope you get some benefit from it, as it will help your body run at it's best. Men can't have this therapy too often though, especially if wanting too start a family. Extreme amounts of heat like that will lower your sperm count. And what's the deal with Iced Americano anyway? I love Kdrama's and it's all they ever drink, and other Korean's I follow on insta and here, it's all they drink. Never head any other coffe geing mentioned. I'd love to take photos of all the vintage stuff there, and experience a place like that. What an amazing memory to have.
yes it's usually done by women with the steam from water! I think once was enough for me:) I just felt like having a good sweat and warming my body up. Iced americano... I think we like cold drinks in general and americano has low calorie compared to other drinks. I think a lot of people like to have a non-sweet low calorie drink after eating?
The dogs in your countryside just reminds me of our dogs in our city they are really big and scary 😢 btw that woman was actually telling you some good things I myself suffer from cold flu sometimes really need to visit a place like this as I too drink a lot cold coffees but I laughed out loud when she was talking about the erection problem 😅 she's like a mom sweet yet bitter ❤ btw UA-cam video today was the best so far as I laughed seeing you so funny 🤣
@@ThizisDanny yeah country side dogs are wilder just like our city stray dogs😅 I get scared too, I skip walking along those roads where these big dogs stroll by as they bark for no reason and they have this scary look 😢 I wish all the stray dogs in every country looked more like your little latte innocent, cute and small ❤️😅
You're a handsome young man. I hope your butt is OK now😉 I'm also astonished to see how smooth and clean facial skin many young South Korean men have. Beautiful!
This was such an interesting vlog! I study herbs and all things good for the body and this, treatment was fascinating , would be nice if it was done here in L.A. Great Vlog, so important in always keeping the body healthy in all ways. Thank you! Your showing so many different areas of Korea no other UA-camr has! Thank you! So tired of seeing over and over cherry blossoms vlogs.
i don't know if the smoke was good tbh it was kind of tough for my throat. maybe steamed water would have been better? haha my video did have cherry blossoms but I can't do a full video just about that haha
Hi Dan, I’m a new follower and enjoy the content you share. I’m curious about how you felt after the mugwort therapy. I was fascinated by this type of therapy and enjoyed learning something new.
It's funny what you said my ass is wet 😂 (💀)🍑) 💀😂😂 and * the owner is funny because she is attentive, talkative, and knows what he is doing.. (Coz she asked your UA-cam acct. 🤭 ur soooo famous) *your a boyfriend material because you know how to shop at the market, it's funny, and you are not ashamed to shop at the market and you know how to cook... if you have a girlfriend, she's lucky because you know what's going on around you... You are matured enough... One thing i can't see u eat... Don't skip your meal we want more videos🧡
Dan, you are like the proverbial frog in a pot of cool water with a fire under the pot. By the time the frog realizes the water is boiling it is too late. Hope your burned butt recovers quickly. 😂

Merci pour ce voyage, c’était très intéressant et cela me donne envie de visiter ces lieux la prochaine fois que je viendrai en Corée.
You're a handsome young man. I hope your butt is OK now😉
I'm also astonished to see how smooth and clean facial skin many young South Korean men have. Beautiful!
Wow what a process, lord 😮 is that like a spa system!!! 😮😮😮😮
Very interesting ! Thanks for sharing !
Fascinating video!!
Hi Dan, I’m a new follower and enjoy the content you share. I’m curious about how you felt after the mugwort therapy. I was fascinated by this type of therapy and enjoyed learning something new.
welcome to the channel!!
I’d love to visit the Museum Cafe, could you please give me the address? I can’t find it,.
It's funny what you said my ass is wet 😂 (💀)🍑) 💀😂😂 and
* the owner is funny because she is attentive, talkative, and knows what he is doing.. (Coz she asked your UA-cam acct. 🤭 ur soooo famous)
*your a boyfriend material because you know how to shop at the market, it's funny, and you are not ashamed to shop at the market and you know how to cook...
if you have a girlfriend, she's lucky because you know what's going on around you... You are matured enough...
One thing i can't see u eat... Don't skip your meal we want more videos🧡
I love markets and cooking but very single hahah
If Dan somehow did an ASMR vid with his voice, I wouldn't complain 😆❤ Also the transition at 4:35 :O
I want to try some day!
You have a lovely voice.
Dan, you are like the proverbial frog in a pot of cool water with a fire under the pot. By the time the frog realizes the water is boiling it is too late. Hope your burned butt recovers quickly. 😂
wasn't really burned haha just smoked..?
