In Francis’ own words, “Invisible is ops as a service,” and the idea for the private company was sparked by his realization about why everything isn’t yet automated, even though there’s an automation tool for everything. This was so insightful . I worked for corporate where automation team collected the data from us, tried to automate it but in the middle of it they gave up saying it's a complex process...All the hard work lies in process of automating the process. We all know it can be automate.but give up on hard work of 'how'. So companies like this can help
