To arrest a suspect, u must follow lay down procedures, presenting the suspect in an illegal way make ur efforts useless, ur case thrown out despite clear evidence of crime!! Efcc must sort itself out.

Oga guest, how can EFCC investigate someone under immunity, who will give the informations out. Rather, we should advocate for immunity removal.
This lawyer is using logic to explain a legal issue. Can Yahaya Bello sue a Federal agency in a State court? Does the State court have jurisdiction over EFCC in this case? Why did Mr. Bello go to court to stop the EFCC from arresting and prosecuting him? I understand that Bello's case at the State court is a civil case while the EFCC case at the Federal court is a criminal case, consequently, EFCC does not have to wait for the case in the State court. If Mr. Bello believes he is innocent, why is he on the run?

Enough of pretence by Nigerians. So many things are wrong with the judiciary in Nigeria. How can a sane judge rule that an alleged corrupt public officer be freed from investigation, prosecution, and arrest. I think the Nigerian Judiciary is losing it. EFCC disregards the, judiciary, common citizens like Yaya Bello refused their summons. Poor Nigerians trusted Private Mediators like Bereke and Oluyomi for true justice. Shame on the Nigerian Judiciary with their conflicting judgements. Did I call it judgements? Injustice everywhere.
