I can tell by the size comparison to your hands that's 1:87scale. HO. Those chairs and stuff in the bag look just like the generic ones you would get with model train sets. That's too big for N scale but to small for O scale. Model GAUGE size only refers to the track width not model size. Like ON30 it's a O scale car body on HO gauge track. That's about the size for HO 1:87 scale. Nice.
