Congratulations on your condo!!!! Just found your vlog. No disrespect but how did you afford a condo? I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and live in an apartment please give me and others tips on how to save money (did you arrive from India with money) so that I too can purchase a condo? May I ask is your maintenance fee expensive?
Hey, we are currently renting the condo and the maintenance is paid by the owner. We plan to make a video about how to get a IT job here in Canada soon, as we are both working IT professionals with previous experiences before coming here. About saving money we feel it’s important to upskill and target those high paying jobs and earn more.

Hello, we have rented this around 2500 + 200 utilities approx. maintenance is mostly paid by the owners
If you have rented this one, request share the cost of rent and also wishing you to be proud owner's at the earliest.

Hello, yea we have rented the cost comes out between 2000 - 3000 including utilities ( internet , electricity ) for any condo our size.

Hey, the price depends on how close you are to subways, city centres and downtown and also how new the condo is. We stay near Yonge and Steeles, and usually the 1 bed room condos are around 2000 - 3000 CAD. Hope this helps you.

Hey Mayur, it’s near Finch subway station so downtown access in 30 mins. Rent for most condo is 2k to 3k. Hope this helps.

Life in India is better. The initial excitement wears off after some years. Canada is not that great as ut is shown in India. I have realised after living here.
Certainly I understand your perspective, and for some people moving back to India is also not easy after staying so many years here, we are happy you were able to do it. This video was more of a vlog to show people how a typical Condo looks like here, hope you liked it.
