That vocal sounds like a sample taken from a mid-80s movie called Tuff Turf. It would be the final scene in the warehouse where one of Nick Houser's goons comments on Morgan for fighting back. I like how the sampling done in the 90s would often take something and put it in a completely different context (as opposed to these days where a sample is a word used to excuse blatantly ripping off someone else's complete tune!).
I knew that the bands name came from Liam's Moog Prodigy synth but you can really hear it on this track. The main riff and bass is done on it for sure. I'm guessing he sampled it into his W30 rather than multi-tracking it over the top of it. Just my guess though
