A wonderful, rich, warm, rounded sound! I noticed that since your performance in the 2013 Sacred Music Competition you have softened the accentuation of the d-s at the end of despised and rejected. The new effect is if anything even more dramatic. Either version moves me to tears. Thank you.I hope to hear you in the UK sometime.
Elizabeth Morley Thanks a lot for your nice comment! I don’t remember why I pronounced the final “d”s in that strange way: now, it sounds quite incorrect to me, that’s why I changed. For the rest, I hope my English pronunciation is acceptable (I think I improved it since that 2013 video, that - honestly - I’d like to be deleted...).
I’ll sing in London twice in May this year: on the 2nd (Händel’s "Semele" at Alexandra Palace), and on the 31st (Händel’s "Agrippina" at Barbican).

I missed it to tell you my adoration in person (in spite of having been also at the apéros, invited by Viviva - she was the main reason for my travelling to Australia - and elswhere in Europa too...) - I enjoyed 'Pallido' + exacltly 6 times (!!! = also on Wed. before the première....)
