My guess as to who made us... InGen It sounds like a stretch but it makes total sense. How they found us, the way the entered. The fact that they were all armed.
It would have been better if someone innocent person nearby us got hurt by these same person and the next thing we see at least for us is body parts everywhere and the innocent person safe and she is just freaking the hell out because this could be a very bad idea

Human hybrids is totally new thing, who knows how they installed a chip, and was it even a chip or something different and somebody is so powerful, that they can order a human hybrid they probably have informants, maybe even in this agency (tbh itd be pretty lame and predictable)
