383 Stroker kit ,3.750 crankshaft ,bored .030 over 6in rods 12 to 1 compression.Block was blueprinted.Check with a Reputable machine shop .Take Note block has to be clarenced for rods on pan rail and bottom of cylinders .Also May need small base circle camshaft,diffrent lifters,and pushrods have to be mesured for correct length so rocker pushes on center of valve stem.Building engines like these are not for amatures .Get Help,Also there are many Varables to consider.Get a BOOK and read about it.
I just got a 97 z28 30th anniversary with I'm pretty sure same stats, I have to look for the list of stuff in it.. the motor only has 3000 miles on it, crate engine 383 Golen LT1 Street/Strip short block.. that's all I remember lol.. I'm new to this fast life, just bought it for my 50th birthday present to myself and I fell in love with this car when i found it. The guy I got it from said it does 11's when my friend asked if he raced it, and I assumed that was fast by his gasp lol. I'll have to subscribe to learn about my car now lol. Yea,my bone stock car Ran a 102mph with 120000 miles on it.it only had a shift kit in it also.no mods to the motor at all,not even a cold air intake..lol

That's bracket racing. The guy definitely has 10s letting off by that much to trap 109 at 11.3
11.3 @109 is very achievable when you cut a good 60 ft like he did
