    Just do it sis. I just cut 8 to 12 inches my hair is so thick and full. I welcome the new journey. I have been tailbone 3 times so its ok

      Yeah will do☺️ I’ve had time to process the loss now 😅. Also I think a lot of the holding on is because my hair is a million times easier to look after when it’s long. Literally shrinks to my scalp so the longer the better. Just dreading looking after it shorter again. But thinking about it, it’d be armpit length and that’s not too bad actually.
      What happened to your hair if you don’t mind me asking?

      @@LimitlessBloom same as yours it was thinning. I don't eat well and I had stopped taking my multi and my iron. I knew it had to go so I just did it. It's probably in even but it feels so much better and I can love on it at this stage. I try not to stress about my hair to much bcus all stress is bad and it will just repeat the cycle.vthere are women with way worse hair issues so as long as I remember that and that it's not personal it will grow back. I also tell it this every day I love you and you will get back to tailbone more healthy that ever.

    Your hair still looks really nice even with the damage, but I understand why you must continue to trim so it doesn't get worse.

    Your hair looks good . I’m taking msm and I must say side effects include mood swings, headaches, vivid dreams even if you take it in the morning only , bigger breasts etc . I’m taking it so that I can regrow fuller edges after postpartum hair loss. Your hair looks good

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  8 місяців тому +2

      Oh wow are those the side effects you’ve experienced? Gosh I don’t think I can risk adding that to my troubles anytime soon. Although I bought some multivitamins last year on sale that had msm lol but sounds very scary and I much rather prefer topical applications for now 😅
      Are you seeing results too? And how long have you been taking it?

    • @NinthJewel
      @NinthJewel 8 місяців тому

      @@LimitlessBloom yes I’ve experienced those side effects . I’ve been taking it since the beginning of December. When my edges are fuller I’ll apply it topically lol 😂 I’ll put it in my deep conditioner/ leave in and water spritz

    You keep saying damage but what do you think damaged it exactly? If your hair is falling out, that is most likely not damaged because it's falling out from the roots. Unless you mean breakage which is not hairfall because the hair is literally breaking off the ends of the hair. If it's truly falling out, have you see a dermatologist? because trims will not help that. But since your roots are growing in thicker maybe the hairfall issue is over?

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  8 місяців тому

      Well it’s damaged in the sense that it is no longer at its optimum health due it falling out. This is a part 2 to the other video where I detail what happened and why the hair fall happened. I don’t need a trichologist as there’s nothing wrong with my scalp at all. Hope that makes sense. If you care enough , watch the previous video I mentioned at the beginning of this video☺️

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  8 місяців тому

      Also yes hair fall is no longer an issue. I’m just growing it out now. This is a video from September 2023. The hair fall happened in August 2023. Again there’s a whole video about it.

    • @HereDiianas
      @HereDiianas 5 місяців тому

      @LimitlessBloom A Dermatologist is not a tricholologist. I am sure she mentioned a Dr/Physician/ Dermatologist because they can perform blood tests and prescribe the very specific supplements you may need in the right quantity instead of taking overall multivitamins and general advice that a trichologist may give. I read that your issue got resolved my comments in mainly for others that may be confused.

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  5 місяців тому

      Yeah I didn’t need any of those people as I knew exactly why it happened. It didn’t just happen to me , it happened to my son who also suffered from the same thing that resulted in the hair fall and his hair also fell out after the sickness. If it had been a constant hair fall after that, I would have definitely gone for professional help but it was just that one time and it started growing back. Thank you for watching and sharing your insights 😊

      @LimitlessBloom I'm Zimbabwean, and I found it to be expensive, among other things my view of Zim, is nothing to write home about.so yeah, my last visit stressed me out.

    • @LimitlessBloom
      @LimitlessBloom  2 місяці тому +1

      Oh yes it was indeed very expensive. Spending US Dollars for everything was a bit wild and then spending the local Zim dollars in supermarkets which I never got used to. Just didn’t understand the exchange rates lol. They also charged a lot to withdraw money too at the cash machine 😭I think it was $20 if I remember correctly but when you’re just visiting you just take it for what it is I guess. Just as most African countries, beautiful but the people are suffering so sad
