it's the other way around. Actually the anxiety is causing the constipation.

I’m going through this . In extreme severe stomach pain for 2 years now . Due to methadone I believe . Im trying to get off of it , I’m only on 30 mg now . Now I’ve been in a constant state of derealization for months & have panic attacks every day . I don’t feel real . I don’t even see straight anymore . Everything seems blurry or Dream like & my brain feels SO SO WRONG . Someone plz help me

I move my bowels usually once a day BUT I'm always backed up due to some delayed gastric emptying and sluggish digest system so that's something to note too. Sometimes I need to use things like softener to get things out. Some people don't know they're constipated because they're still going. But recently my gut slowed to an almost stop after using the pill to regulate my period. And not only have I been so backed up but the anxiety has been through the roof aswell as throwing my already present hormonal imbalances off more because of hormones recirculating in my gut.

@@S1LV3R_11don’t even bother. No dr that actually helps people take insurance. The government is fine with those of us who are poor and sick remaining that way and the doctors aren’t going to make the effort to speak up for us. They reap the rewards. So the answer is if you have money you have health. This is one big ad. Kinda sad living in agony and knowing help is so close but you aren’t allowed to have it.

I have same problem mam... i never felt anxious the way i am feeling these day ...bowel not fully clearing..bloated n gassy.... people say its anxiety but i thing its my stomach that giving me anxiety ...pls tell is it possible?
