    3 eggplants
    1 onion
    3 green peppers
    1 cap of pepper
    2 tomatoes
    Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon of chili pepper
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    Half a tea glass of oil
    First, let's prepare the filling. Let's get oil in a pan. Let's add chopped capsicum, green pepper and onion. Let's sauté.
    Let's soak the eggplants, which we peeled and cut into small cubes, in salt water, then strain them into the sautéed vegetables. Let's cook it by closing the lid. After roasting the eggplants well, stirring occasionally, add the tomato paste. Let's fry for a minute and add the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Let's add the spices and continue frying. When the water evaporates, let's take it off the heat and let it cool.
    While the stuffing is cooling down, let's knead the dough. After kneading the dough to a slightly solid consistency, let's roll it into balls and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
    Let's spread the filling on the first half of the dough, which we rolled out thinly with a little flour, and cover the other half on top. Let's cook both sides on the stove. You can apply butter after taking it off the heat. Or you can cook it by applying oil while cooking. Let it be a practice.
