This is the town where I grew up and attended Portsmouth Government School, my elementary school from 1958 -1966.
Yup Dave, unlike me who went to St John's ) Nuns ) School from 1961-1966. I return to Portsmouth where is worked from 1976-1979, leaving a month before hurricane David(your name sake, how ironic), I am forever Possie to the bone.
Whenever I return to Dominica over the years, I spend time there, looking up old acquaintances.
And if GOD willing, I want to spend my waning days right there.💣💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
