    Allah hi samjhay in namnihad muqallideen molvion ko kis tarah Taqleed ki daldal main phansay huey hain aur Ummate Muslimah ko kaisay inhon nay Qur'aan aur Ahadeeth say door kia aur Ummat ko bayshumar firqon main taqseem kiay huey hain! inna lillahe wa inna ilaihe rajeonn.aaj jis muqallid ko be daikho wuh muft hi bana phirta hay aur musalmanon ko gumrah kar kay apnay mafadat hasel karnay ko hi apna mission samajhta hay!

      فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآَخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
      Pas Agar Kisi Muaamle Me Tumaara Bahem Ikhtelaaf Hojaaye Toh Is Muaamle Ko Allah Aur Uske Rasoolullah Saw Ki Taraf Lauta Do Agar Allah Aur Yaum E Akhirat Par Imaan Rakhte Ho.
      Lehaaza Allah Tala Khud Keh Rahe Hai Ke Jab Apas Me (Hanafi , Maliki , Shafii , Hanbali Me ) Ikhtelaaf Hojaaye Toh Usko Kitab Wa Sunnat Ki Taraf Lautao.
      Aur Yahi Kaam Hum Ahle Hadees Karte Hai.
      Al - Jawaab : Suniye Janaab ! Is Ayat Me
      “فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ “
      Ka Khitaab Har Jaahil Wa Nadaan Ghair Muqallid Ko Nahi Hai.
      Yeh Khitaab MUJAHIDEEN Ko Hai.
      Chunaanche Imam Abu Bakr Jassaas Al Mutawaffa 370 Hij. Rh. “Ulil Amr“ Ki Tafseer Ulama Se Karne Ki Taa-ed Me Likhte Hai :
      Aur “Ulil Amr” Ki Itaa-at Ka Hokum Dene Ke Fauran Baad Allah Tala Ka Yeh Farmaana Ke
      “Agar Kisi Muaamle Me Tumaare Darmiyaan Ikhtelaaf Ho Toh Usko Allah Aur Rasool Saw Ki Taraf Lautaa Do” Is Baat Ki Daleel Hai Ke “Ulil Amr “ Se Muraad Fuqaaha Hai.
      Kyunke Allah Tala Ne Tamaam Logo Ko Unki Itaa-at Ka Hukum Diya , Phir “فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ “ Farmaakar “Ulil Amr “ Ko Hokum Diya Ke Jis Muaamle Me Unke Darmiyaan Ikhtelaaf Ho Use Allah Ki Kitaab Aur Nabi E Karim Saw Ki Sunnat Ki Taraf Lauta Do.
      Yeh Hukum Fuqaaha Ko Hi Hosakta Hai
      KYUNKE AWAAM UN NAAS AUR GHAIR AHLE ILM KA YEH MAQAAM NAHI HAI ISLIYE WO IS BAAT SE WAAQIF NAHI HOTE KE ALLAH KI KITAAB AUR SUNNAT KI TARAF KISI MUAAMLE ME LAUTA NE KA KYA TARIQA HAI ?
      AUR NA UNHE NAYE MASAIL MUSTAMBAT KARNE KE LIYE DALAIL KE TARIQO KA ILM HOTA HAI.
      Lehaaza Saabit Hogaya Ke Yeh Khitaab Ulama (Mujahideen) Ko Hai.
