Love your review. Im getting this mic as an alternative to dji mic 2 (in my country it cost a lot more than this mic and when i say more... It's a cost of a rent) and I'm glad that the sound quality is good. I live in SEA country so price for this mic definitely helps because it's cheaper and sounds crispy.
The unprocessed result sounds good, but I’m not a fan of having such a clearly visible ball of fluff below the chin, whether that’s me or the person I’m interviewing. I prefer something more covert.
Can you share me how you adjusted the levels. I am using the same mic but couldn't achieve what you have achieved audio quality. I would be very thankful to you..
I am primarily interested in getting surrounding sounds like birds, babbling brooks and the like. I have little interest in spoken audio although I might use it to narrate a trip to Ireland. How well do you think it would work.
this is not meant to be used for recording ambient sounds.. you heard in the woods it already by default blocks out ambient sounds quite well. For spoken words its perfect.
You did not show the receiver even once, let alone how to pair and what settings you have control over. Plus why did you hand hold it. What a useless way of demonstrating a mic that is NOT supposed to be hand held. I liked all your other videos, but this one can be skipped.
Thanks for the feedback! The goal was to show the mic in action throughout the entire video.. I do adress the „why“ I am holding the mic in my hand. The settings I used were just straight out of box and it connects automatically, I guess I took that for granted.

hi brother thanks for detailed review, please explain dual output feature in detail
Want to know this too!
I don’t really do talking heads videos - do you have a recommendation for capturing wild sound?
probably a handy recorder will be your best bet, or something like the rode video NTG
@@smartphonefilmmakingpro Thanks for your suggestion - great channel!
how does it compare to dji wireless mic 2? does it have 32 bit float?
I don't have that unfortunately, it does not have 32 bit float audio
How indians can buy this one bro i really want this
Did you edit the audio at all, or everything we hear, is straight from the mic without any edit at all?
we just adjusted the levels, but other than that it's straight from the mic
