I think the photobooks are actually different in terms of individual photos. In Sehun version, you'll see Sehun on majority of the pages and on the Chanyeol version, you'll see Chanyeol on majority of the pages, so yea
I feel like everyone is hating on the packaging and cover of the album but I actually really really like it. It's probably my favorite out of all my albums lol

I completely agree that only one version was needed. I also would have liked a quick preview of the albums at the beginning of pre-order because i choose a random version, only to find out that it was chanyeol version. I LOVE CHANYEOL DON'T COME AT ME. but this album was big for me because sehun is my bias and well chanyeol is my bias wrecker. Lol so i would have preferred the one with both of them on the cover because now i feel like im choosing between them 😭😭😭😭

Sorry I know this video is old but... at 6:56 .. it's a tag. lol In American in hip-hop culture it's common for people to keep the price tags on their clothing when they wear designer cloths (sorta to prove it's legit and not a knock-off and to show off the expensive price they paid). Around the time this album was released it became really trendy in Korea for pop artist copy that style. (I remember Taeyong from NCT used to wear tags all the time) So I guess this was just a fun version of that style.. instead of a price tag it's a photo card tag... you can see that it had the saftypin on it too because that's how most designer clothing tags are made.
I'm waiting for your unboxing video. I also preordered all 3 versions. Even tho I don't like sm plastic bag packaging, I like thread binding photobook cos you can open the pages fully 180 degree. They did the same binding for chen solo album too 👍. I wish baekhyun solo album packaging would be like this but it's not.. 😔 My baekhyun albums will be arrived tomorrow. But I have to wait another whole month for my sechan albums.
it's so annoying. why SM continue to do this? let's just remember NCT 127's "Regulate" has 10 covers but same photobook in every of 10 (and almost half of photos were shown as prewiev), after Taemin's "Move" has 2 versions but same photoshoots in both and now "What a life". i am really shocked and confused. they made 3 photoshoots, so why they coudn't separate them for every version of album or smth like this? before seeing unboxing i was upset because i can't buy all 3 versions but now i see that it has no sense, one is enough (for me). Suho said EXO will have comeback before winter and i really hope SM won't make it again.

I agree with you, what's with these multiple album versions when the photobooks are either exactly the same or they are very very similar or the last half is the same? It's really annoying and it's one of the reasons I always watch unboxing videos before buying an album because I don't want to get something twice like that.
