Cheraw State Park

This video is intended to compliment the South Carolina State Park’s website campground information. The information on their website about each campsite is useful in choosing a site, but pictures would be nice. I have found a ride through the sites on a bicycle to be helpful. I have not stayed at Cheraw State Park, but was recently staying fairly close by, and decided to go take a look. I will be adding it to the list of places I would like to spend a weekend. The sites are mostly in order, so you can skip to the ones you are interested in, although this video is short enough to watch the whole thing. I hope this is useful.
By the way, I recently upgraded from a GoPro 8 to a GoPro 11. I am not impressed with the sound quality or the wide angle view.

Thanks for your videos. Booked 2 sites back in April based on your Columbia Sesquicentennial video. My family and I stay a Cheraw all the time. We have been going there for 15yrs. They have made a lot of improvements over the years.

You are correct. On both counts! I didn’t realize that they had boat in sites. But the bigger issue than my bike, is that I can’t get my RV to them.
