Thank you for posting this. These things need to be said but even more they need to be heard by as many people as possible and this sort of platform helps. I couldn't have spent these 8 minutes doing anything better with my time today. I felt sad at how much I was a agreeing with the siuations being mentioned but I felt proud at the true message being put out there and the strength being shown. Women are incredible. We're golden. One day soon I hope we are all treated that way.

As a man, one of the worst feelings is inadvertently making random women uncomfortable by our presence. It doesn't happen often, and you don't take it personally. But sometimes women are paranoid. I won't describe the particular experiences. But it just makes me think what a sad, effed up, and traumatized world we live in.
If females were so much in danger, they wouldn't outnumber us. They are committing the same evil as men, no longer are the days we see them as delicate butterflies but the stinging wasp they truly are.

I am a woman, an r word survivor but I am blessed I'm strong. I'm not a victim . U have been through hell and I'm still here but We need to acknowledge that women do victimise other women. I don't think international women's Day should be about fear and being victimised by men. It should be a celebration of where we are. What we have that other women around the world don't have. What we can do to help our sisters abroad and at home. Men can be r worded or robbed too. This is not a men need to do better situation. This is the police can't keep the bad men off the street so label all men bad. This is not what being a woman is. Yes it is part of our experience but if we define our femininity by this part of our lives we give abusers power and don't do ourselves justice.

Oh my OA this video was so unique and very beautiful! OA when I’m at work Im afraid to go out in the parking lot and bring grocery carts in because someone might just ask for help and they’ll probably end up snatching me out of nowhere and the cameras would be hacked or something Im afraid to walk around even during the Day time. OA I’m also afraid that I’ll get raped again like how I was when I was 7 Years old by a 12 and 1/2 Year old Male. OA this video gave out a lot of good advice about us Females and what we are capable of doing in a positive way! OA I really hope that all of you are feeling good and having a good Day as well. I watched a tv show recently and someone on there said something like how daughters are raised differently to sons. I can’t remember what tv show it was from. But I agree with it boys/men that treat women like this are not raised properly and should be brought up to respect women not objectify women or abuse them. And also the part in the video when spiking was mentioned my cousin was recently got spiked not by a man trying any thing with her it was the bar staff that are doing the spiking my cousin had only 1 glass of wine.
Respect females for what. Do something respectful, and it would be considered towards you. You objective yourselves no man needs to do anything. Act and dress like trash be treated accordingly. The majority of boys are raised by women these days, so what's the excuse?

Everything they said is true, we, as women, have all of those thoughts every single day that we go outside. It's almost second nature. I was flashed at on my paper round as a teen. I was followed home as a teen. All of these things stay with you. I'm NOT trying to stereotype all men but in the same respect. It's hard to feel safe on your own in the street, park or even highstreets. Sorry but this IS SO TRUE

I've loved hollyoaks since I was a kid and I couldn't thank them anymore for this video. No one should be worried about their own safety especially females. So for these incredible actresses and incredible people to do a video like this I can only say Thank you. 😊
@Richard Jason timothy Damien Take a chill pill pal never once said one was above the other. In fact if you actually read my comment properly when I said no one should fear for their own safety. I actually said no male or female should fear for their own safety. Reason I said especially females was because their were females on the video I was praiseing them I said incredible actresses incredible human beings. Put yourself in their shoes, they have to
Wear flat shoes to go home in case they have to řun to escape an attack er.
Not wear skirts, only trousers as it's not so easy to assault in them. Can defend better in trousers.
She's giving herself time to fight off a potential attacker/rapist.
Self defence classes to protect themselves
Worry about leaving friends to go home, having to call them, get lifts home.
WHY SHOULD THEY
have to be afraid of men, yes they know not all men.
But ther are things you can do. You can talk to other men, speak up and have the conversation.

@@KW-ro5ow men get assaulted too. They get beat up they also get raped. It really isn't an us against them thing all people are people. The point this video was showing is that women get taught not to wear their hair in a ponytail not to have both headphones in when walking alone. Every bloke I know also does the second of those things because bad shit happens and they are doing what they need too to protect themselves from it. It's not all men and sometimes it happens to them.
