We can see the dying declaration in ramayana also..where sita was kidnapped by ravana and while going jadayu blocks and there was a fight between jadayu and ravana...jadayu lost and was seriously injured..when rama and laxma came they saw jadayu and enquired what happened? jadayu told all the things happened and he died.. good class mam.. plss do more videos on ipc Crpc and evidence act.
