It’s very simple to clean. You can use soapy lukewarm water to remove any greasy splatter. Then you can use any mirror or window cleaner. Job done.

Have you used a 2mm expansion gap at the bottom where the glass meets the worktop upstand? As cannot see any packers there and just looks like it sits directly ontop

what is the countertop made of ?
We got installed a similar backsplash based on your video and it looked really good until it cracked, most likely due to heat. The glass we installed was already tempered. What would you recommend one should do to avoid the glass from cracking?
Sorry to hear that. Correctly tempered glass should not crack from the heat. If tempered glass does break however (e.g. due to impact on the edge) it will shatter and not crack! It is important to maintain a two millimetre gap around the edge for the glass' expansion from being exposed to heat.
