He took away my every idea about life. Here I am now without a sense of ambition but reverberating with life. I know not yoga or devotion. he left me no choice but to weep every night. He’s threatening me in every way but couldn’t help myself drawing towards him. Can’t take this pain anymore, just waiting for corona to end so that I could go to him. However, as an Ayurvedic doctor, I can say that, explicitly expressing emotions for a long time can do more harm than good. For example, Ayurveda mentions 4 emotions that affects digestion - Sadness, Overthinking, Fear, Anger and expressing these emotions explicitly can lead to digestion related issues. And according to Ayurveda, every disease is due to a bad Agni a.k.a gut health. So to take care of your health, one must have control over one’s emotions.

( eg. what if we can make a team of established yogis and take over the bodies of the Presidents/Millionaires and make them work for spiritual growth of the world or to establish a Yogic civilazation or to support earth) Please i want the answer in the terms of mechanics and possiblities ( please no jokes & stories only mechanics & logics)
