Who Amber Heard's lawyer, Eric George, told The Blast, "This bogus story is just another lame attempt by Johnny Depp and his team to spread deliberately misleading information through the media. Amber Heard and James Franco once lived in the same apartment complex and were simply taking an elevator at the same time. Period." He ended with a parting shot, "It's pathetic."
But Ami who lives in that complex shows us why that is a lie and impossible. The elevator footage of James Franco shows clearly that he was going to Amber's room.

Lawyers representing Amber Heard are cross-examining Johnny Depp following his two days of testimony in the $50m (£38.2m) defamation lawsuit he brought against his ex-wife. The trial is in its second week at the Fairfax County Courthouse in Virginia.
Heard is being sued by Depp for implying he ab*sed her in a 2018 op-ed she wrote. Although she did not name him, his lawyers claim her allegations have made it difficult for the actor to land movie roles, turning him from “Cinderella to Quasimodo” in Hollywood, as the Pirates of the Caribbean actor described it.
On Thursday morning, Heard’s lawyers challenged the actor over v*lgar text messages sent by him, his dr*g use and drinking, and the length of his s*briety.

I'm going to say that I agree with you all based on everything I have seen for the most part in this trial. Today she took the stand and there were some photos that I have not seen before. One was of her left arm I think. It had pretty good size bruise on it. It does kind of resemble a bruise when a person is attempting to restrain another person or they've grabbed them by one arm. I'm not saying this is a fact but the bruise doesn't look like the other little places on her face where it looks like she just put makeup on to make it look red. So don't come at me because I'm not going after Johnny. I just wanted to know what people thought about the photo of her with a bruise on her arm that looks like it came from someone grabbing

One of the reasons I feel Amber got the restraining order against Johnny is she didn't want him walking in on her while she was in bed with one of these other men. As someone who has experienced years of very real, very intense sexual, emotional, and physical abuse at the hands of my partner and now suffers from C-PTSD because of it, Amber Heard is a blight on real victims. I fight hard for the rights of all abuse victims, which she is not. She disgusts me.

She claims she recognised the 'cycle' he was in...one wonders, did she sometimes push him to take drugs so whilst he was asleep and cold out, she could get up to her nonsense? She took photos in case she got caught out...like a blackmailer. She probably threatened to release them and humiliate him if she wasn't getting her way. She also made a fool of him with her friends. She despised him because she saw him as weak...hence mocking him that he was a baby. Oh and she was insanely jealous of his success and saw him as a platform to promote her career.

A friend of mine worked at a restaurant in Little Rock, Johnny was here protesting capital punishment. He was in the restaurant and asked his waitress if he knew anyone who had some pot, my buddy is a stoner...so am I, however I wasn't there. But yeah, my buddy came out and talked to Johnny, sat down with him and they smoked a joint together. He said Johnny was down to earth and genuine, he apologized for taking up my friend's time, just a great dude all around. Just a cool story I thought I'd share.

I think a major problem is that she is (objectively) pretty. In psychology, you have a so-called halo effect and the wrong/biased assumption of "what's beautiful is good". The thing that stands out the most is how frightened/helpless you feel, not about surroundings at all. *hugs*
Quite right. I was a male victim. Some similarities with this case. There is a presumption that as a male your are stronger and therefore no one will believe you. In my case it was a fundamental belief drummed into my DNA that you never raise a hand to a woman and I am sure this is the case with many many men. Faced with escalating confrontation my instinct was also to get away to a place of safety. In her case alcohol abuse was the catalyst for a change to aggressive, abusive behaviour. She was also 20 years younger than me.
When the incidents happened you are so right, you go into fight or flight, and because of my preconditioning for me that always meant the latter. Afterwards, despite not having been drunk myself, I could remember little detail. The adrenaline, self protection mode floods your mind to concentrate on that alone not inconsequential detail. I only once recorded her behaviour on camera phone. The reason I was thinking this was happening so often, it needed to stop. If I could show it to her when sober maybe she would realise, try to stop her drinking. When this trial was underway I watched it back, I never got to opportunity to show her before for my own safety we split up. It showed her throwing up into a bucket, but she caught me recording. Obviously she didn’t want family and others to know she was like this behind closed doors. She lashed out and hit me multiple times, telling me to stop. The physical abuse was so common I had forgotten it happened here. That’s another thing I thought seeing the recordings by Heard of Johnny hitting kitchen units. Unlike me she was so calm, she didn’t think for one second he was going to come over, snatch the phone away, hit her like my ex did because she already knew he wouldn’t do that. She knew she had to provoke him to an extreme level to try to get him to react physically to her. It was only when he was under attack from her and had to was there any physical response. The court case proved that she was the physical abuser and thankfully highlighted that men can be victims too! I have great empathy with any sufferers of DV, male and female. The one thing I take from it all from genuine suffers, the truth never dies. Ultimately it tends to reveal itself!
As an esthetician I wish someone could tell the lawyers to get ahold of Ambers records for Botox and fillers … those marks and swelling are spot on for filler and Botox injections

So noone recorded Johnny breaking the kitching up, throwing fruit around, spilling wine on the walls, hitting Amber? Yet the police show up and magically it's all cleaned up, no signs of damage at all, no glass in the trash, no signs of wet carpet. And no stains on the walls or wet clean up marks on the walls? And they ARE the happy people, the joyful people who are coming out and testifying that Johnny Depp really is a great person. The truth is so important Johnny’s always talks about the truth and since finding out more about him he’s incredibly generous to so many. I’m interested to see the people she has on her side and what stories they’ll tell. Whether she/they can convince the jury of another, shall we say, alternative truth will be fascinating. She has to give the performance of her life if she goes on the stand though, my guess is we’ll see those couple of personality disorders coming out. 👏 Can’t wait.

Saying Franco lived in the building, stating it as a fact, is testimony that the jury has heard and now believes is true, because of the honor and gravitas and esteem we give to lawyers. Yes, Ami! I have thought from the beginning: "Those bruises are from Botox or fillers!" I, along with my friends, have had those treatments many times and our bruising looks exactly the same as hers. I think she took advantage of those injections to claim abuse, and I cannot fathom why Depp's team didn't research her doctor appointments, get the dates, and match them with her so-called abuse photos.

I have fair completion with pink undertones and on one of my filler appointments I TOTALLY had bruising and swelling around the eye area, and it would appear that I was hit or I seriously bumped into something hard. The funny thing is...a woman generally doesn't want to announce they're having these procedures, but then people assume you just got punched because of the location of the bruising and swelling on your face! I'm now EXTREMELY curious about her REAL beauty regime. And she may be extremely stoic because with Botox like treatments you literally freeze your face! I actually stopped because I hated the way that felt.

She had Voluma put in, which turns the cheeks red but now it looks like she has been using Sculptra. And under the eye is a lump, it is called a granuloma. I have one right now in the same spot, due to filler. And funny that someone finally said that, because I said it from the beginning. If you zoom in on the picture there is a puncture wound from the canula.

It is beyond a joke that AH's legal team can so blatantly lie about him living there. She basically let him in through the 'back door' so to speak. Ive had cheek filler myself, and have gotten a black eye because the nurse practitioner injecting hit a small blood vessel that caused a bruise on the upper area of my cheek. (Kinda close to my eye.) It wasnt horrible at first, but the next morning it had spread and i had a full on black eye. It was really embarrassing to explain to people. In fact i (coincidentally) had to be hospitalized 2 days later and you can imagine all the questions i got from drs and nurses. It was non stop. So thats definitely a possibility. And the black eye takes forever to heal! Its not gone in a few days! So someone would have seen it. Also, as far as at least one of the pics I've seen of her where she has a supposed black eye, its also possible that she or a friend just took a picture of her with no makeup (specifically no under eye concealer) and then tweaked it a little bit with editing to make her under eye area look worse, aka darker and more blue. Even with makeup you can tell she has bad dark circles AND puffiness-which could look like swelling. Especially under her right eye where theres a natural prominent crease that matches up perfectly with the supposed black eye in 1 of the photos. So this could easily be what they did to get the right photo. (This way the vain Amber wouldnt have to walk around with a real black eye.) I have fairly bad dark circles at times too and there have been times when ive put a strong retinol on them that it looks like i could have a black eye. Lastly, dont forget about makeup. As in effects makeup for actors. Another way the photos could have been produced. Its done all the time in movies and tv. Either way they have to be faked. With all the evidence (and lack there of) I just dont buy she had real marks or bruises.

It is a defamation case of a celebrity not a DV case. Not only does Depp have to prove her printing she is an DV victim is a lie, but she had to have malice against him. That is not an easy thing, especially if she is truly mental. So don't be disappointed if he loses defamation. The standard for malice is clear and convincing not just a preponderance.
