At the time I was a Yankee fan. I am not a fan of any sport now. I was at the last game played at yankee stadium in 78. I saw Kenny Clay who was probably the worst pitcher in the major leagues strike Steve Garvey out. I could not believe my eyes. I met him at an autograph signing about 30 years ago. I had my young son with me. He signed a baseball and gave it to my son . My son still has that baseball. It's one of his most prized possessions.

What experience does Mr Garvey have in the arena of holding an elected seat. It would take 3 years plus to get Mr. Garvey up to speed. Its not like Mr. Garvey has any education to make him qualified to hold U.S. Sentor of the state of California seat. And just because he was a good baseball play that took him 22 years just to make it majors leagues, why would you believe that having no experience would be to the votes advantage.

She asked him how he was going to solve a whole host of problems, and he said basically … nothing. Nothing except all the usual feel-good nonsense (“I’m a team player, I want to be the Senator for all the people, blah, blah, blah.”) Not ONE single specific idea at all. Nothing.
