Brendan, I see you have a infraspinatus problem. I got an infraspinatus injury 2 months ago and it still hasn't healed totally. I sometimes have triggers at the rhomboids other times the infraspinatus area and they keep jumping back and forth. Can you tell me what mobility drills/exercises you do to ease out on the injury. Also,if any what exercises to avoid. For example,my PT asked me to not do chinups, but I can do chinups easily without any pain. Looking forward to hear from you.

I agree man some movement is normal and natural, but if the adductors get really tight It can translate to improper weight load on the wrong part the feet which can lead to knee irritation in the long term and less glute activation so it will affect squatting strength and performance! Keep doing what you do man! you show love with your videos so I thought Id throw out some bro love knowledge!!

What good is replenishing your muscle glycogen after your workout? Wouldn't you just wait until your next meal and allow that to fill the stores as opposed to filling fat stores?

It is a natural movement. Knees coming in is actually not bad.

You don't work hamstrings the lower you go.. Going just below 90 degrees is where you engage the quads and glutes the most.
