    I loved how you gave a commentary of your workout especially how you explained why you were performing specific movements. I am following a career path of exercise science and found it very helpful! Also I wanted to say I LOVE BEAST MODE!!!!!

    Love the videos man! Just started watching you about a week ago. Love love love the content. I did enjoy the commentary on the movements during the workout.     In many meta analysis and scientific research recently published has deduced that static stretching has no decrement to performance and can actually increase vertical jump performance, I love the video keep it up

    Brendan, I see you have a infraspinatus problem. I got an infraspinatus injury 2 months ago and it still hasn't healed totally. I sometimes have triggers at the rhomboids other times the infraspinatus area and they keep jumping back and forth. Can you tell me what mobility drills/exercises you do to ease out on the injury. Also,if any what exercises to avoid. For example,my PT asked me to not do chinups, but I can do chinups easily without any pain. Looking forward to hear from you.

    Hey Brendan! just recently started Intermittent fasting and its working amazing so far! I just have a question on what you do! do you count your calories or try to stay within a range? or do you just focus on heating good healthy foods? thanks! love your channel!     Hey Brendan, Solid Video once again bro! IF your knees start going inward where it affects your performance, you can stretch your Adductors to prevent them from pulling your knees inward! cheers man your a huge Inspiration!! NOW ITS LEG DAY BABY!!! CHEERS MAN

      It is a natural movement. Knees coming in is actually not bad.

      I agree man some movement is normal and natural, but if the adductors get really tight It can translate to improper weight load on the wrong part the feet which can lead to knee irritation in the long term and less glute activation so it will affect squatting strength and performance! Keep doing what you do man! you show love with your videos so I thought Id throw out some bro love knowledge!!

    What good is replenishing your muscle glycogen after your workout? Wouldn't you just wait until your next meal and allow that to fill the stores as opposed to filling fat stores?

It's awesome and you getting me energy for the day :) ....just a one thing....when i saw you how you do squats my first thing on my mind is >>>> do the squats deeper. it's better for grow your hamstrings when you are overcome 90 degrees in knee. THX and keep movin! :)

      You don't work hamstrings the lower you go.. Going just below 90 degrees is where you engage the quads and glutes the most.

    Guys help me. I'm quite confused. Is it sets or reps (When you did 10 push ups you do those again)?
    Also:
    Do you need to do your whole workout and then rest, repeat whole workout?
    Or do you need to do 10 push ups, rest, repeat, rest, repeat. Next excercise?
