If you have love and passion for your automobile, most people are going to respect that and appreciate what you are doing. It doesn't matter how fancy or expensive your car is, just get out and enjoy it in whatever way you can. That's the fun part. I have been known to say the cars are cool but the people and the stories behind them make them awesome. Keep doing your thing.

Really working hard to get our 65 Ranchero to an event next year. My uncle and I saved it from an orange orchard in California 15 years ago. We rode our motorcycles with what tools we could fit, fixed the car, and loaded my bike into the back for the drive back to Utah. Thank you for sharing your adventures!

For that Cold Air Intake, I'm at the 18:53 Mark in the video so maybe you come up with a solution further on but if it were me, I'd have driven a small screw in from the side and lock the parts together just to get through the trip or gotten a length of thing wire and laced the parts together. Hell...even some kind of heat wrap/tape combo thing to make it look like a race function when all it's doing is hiding a shade-tree fix. But that thing popping off of there 2 or more times a day would have drove me nuts.

I remember in the early 90's when Dodge changed their bodystyle and did not have a crew or even an extended cab there was a dealer in Saco Maine that commissioned a shop and they made the very first extended cab Dodge pickups. It was a sight to see. They looked a bit funky but he couldn't keep them on the lot.

Sure wish I could see a power tour. Looks like a lot of fun. I remember just cruising around the hamburger stand in Denver. It was called the scotch man’s on federal blvd. the year was 1971 and we just drove around in a circle in the restaurant. I had a 65 mustang and loved the cruise every weekend. Lot of fun even back then.

Cold air intake woes. There was a Vararam cold air intake on my C6 when I bought it. It actually tore up the hood insulation and started rubbing a hole in the underside of the hood. Took it off and went back to stock. I didn't notice any difference in drivability. Had to replace the radiator air scoop since it had a large cut out to make the ram air fit. That hole defeated a lot of air getting to the Radiator. Some add on's are great, some are not.

The way this video started with Aaron had me LMAO, I swear he and I could be related, morning everyone it’s an ungodly hour to be up but we’ve got to get on the road, all while sporting the look of if it’s way to early for this crap. But once he got a venti into him he started to mellow out LOL. Lots of cool cars along the route, the Camaro not sure if it was a 67 or 68 think they did the revamp in 69. My buddies dad had one his was done in the Butternut yellow with a black vinyl roof. Similar to that Chevelle that was seen later on in the video at the gas station. Any way looks like you two are enjoying yourselves, and Emily you know Aaron despises those fenders so why do you gotta poke the bear like that?

7:15 that 55 brings back memories of the one my pops built around 1989/90 his was a 210 post car but he managed to find all the trim that a top of the line bel air would have. His was the same colors but the yellow was a bit darker, had a 327/4 speed from a wrecked 67 chevelle and 2nd gen camaro 5 spoke wheels. I learned to drive stick in it and was looking forward to getting to drive it to high school as a senior in 2001 but he ended up selling it to pay for his second wedding in 1997. 15:20 I would love to roll in that Electra 225.

FYI...The spaghetti factory is not actually a factory, it is a chain of Italian restaurants that are nationwide with 43 locations. You should stop by. Great food, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Thought you would like to know...(Oh to me the best one is in Phoenix, AZ .My opinion, but it is...)

If you get the chance go eat at the Spaghetti Factory, they are almost always restored old train depots and are beautifully adorned with 1890’s to 1920’s woodwork and the Spaghetti

when i saw you getting in the vette with 2 drinks in your hand and a bottle of water in the cup holder that you were in trouble.i usually make it 3 or 4 hours without stopping and limit my drinking.
Looks like a great day. A quick and easy way to tell if it is a 67 or 68 Camaro is that the 67 has wing windows and the 68 does not since they changed the cabin air circulation then, There are other ways with the taillights and grill, but the wing window is the only one I have committed to memory. Safe travels

When I had my old 12valve before I could afford new charge side boots they kept blowing out from under the clamp I started using hairspray on the pipes and it didn’t happen again held 30psi of boost

I worked a contract in SoCal for six months in Anaheim and Long Beach. I absolutely HATED the constant and incessant sound of traffic after about one month. When my job came to an end I could not get out of there fast enough. Though I live in San Antonio now, even on a "bad" day here it is not like it was there on a normal day.

It's been a bucket list item to be able to do a power tour. Hopefully one day, but those chances are quickly dwindling down because my health is not in my favor to ever see the power tour happen.
I have always wanted to do one, it came through my area a few years back and I had some friends that got to hang out at the stop in the Chicago😢 maybe I’ll get to someday ❤

I'm really digging that green. I'm restoring my 1998 Chevy silverado c1500. It's getting painted next year and I'm changing it from Burgundy over tan to the emerald green over tan. Already has the tan interior.

@flyingsparksgarage it's only got 165,000 original miles. 5.0L with automatic transmission. Runs like new. Can't justify not restoring it. Maybe $2000 to put into it and continue driving it for another 25 years.

When ever we have had over heating issues towing we throw the heater on fast way of dumping heat fast.
