Great. Going to try this soon. Always love eating meat pie but i have never done it for my self. I remenber back in the northwest in specials occasions my mother use to order it and it was realy delicious inside and outside especialy the crust. Miammmmm

Do you flip side after some minutes while it's in the oven??
There's no need to flip if your oven heats evenly. You could flip them halfway through cooking if needed but you don't often need to. Hope this helps.

My floor mixture breaks when rolling, how can I adjust it?
Other than using an oven, can we also use oil to fry the meat/fish pie? I.e for those who don't have ovens.
You can but you'll have to change the dough to include less butter.

Why use eggs for the dough of meat pie but you didn't use it for the dough of fish pie

You are suppose to use very cold butter from the fridge, this is why it was so difficult for you to turn into a crumble...it was so sad to watch! Please! Please! Place your butter in the fridge before you use it...you really struggled when you didn't need to.
The pastry dough should have been put in the fridge for 30 mins - 1hr that way your pastry wouldn't have been so difficult to manage nor would it have been melting in your hot kitchen!
