@@Aagggyy it’s not subwoofer deeeep. More of a good balance between high mid and low, and a very nice stereo soundscape. And it all depends on personal taste. Enter Sandman with Metallica sounds good on theese , clear and enough punch to There riff , bass and guitar. Drop it like it’s hot , by Snoop, is a bit weak, but got some bass punch. But great overtall sound :-)
I'm pondering returning my soundbar for these. The subwoofer sends more bass to other rooms then my small office lol. Wondering if the bass from. These are nice and more personal like studio monitors.
One very cool feature that this has is the option to switch between speakers and headphones. Avoids you having to plug in and plug out each time you wan to use either of them. The fact it's a press of the button on the speaker is awesome. Currently running the Mackie CR3 and not sure if I should make the jump or not. I don't want to pay $130 just for the option to easily switch between headphones and speakers.

These speakers are amazing. I have a soundbar for my console set up and was wanting the same sound for my pc set up. I was going to go for the arena 7s which is £300. But cus of cost and this video along with his arena 7 video comparing the two. I want for arena 3s. I'm blown away by how good they are. The bass is great for gaming. I literally feel like I'm still wearing my gaming headset or soundbar. The sound is as described. Every little detail stands out. Even moving through grass I can hear each strand hitting me along with other sounds perfectly balanced out. If you rather spend £130 so you can put the extra money towards pc or monitor.. these are the speakers to go for. I really was expecting to be disappointed and have that regret that I should of gone for the arena 7s but thankfully. I'm so happy I went for these. They delivered in what I wanted. Headset/soundbar sound but saving 100s of pounds
Having now Pebbleˇs V2 and thinking of buying these cos want to have lil bit more ompf sound for Ghost of Thushima :) Will I notice difference (30€ vs 150€)? Wont go for woofer 2.1 version cos I want to have free space for legs.
I've strictly been a headphone users for years but lately I just want to sit back and chill with a nice small pair of speakers. This seems to be like the best option for the price and the fact that it's compact is really useful. I might actually pick this up soon!
Headset guy. Actually using my new nova 7X for work music and gaming to validate the cost 😅 never actually considered desk speakers as a valid option in our day and age but happy to see what a new product can do
Just bought them to replace my Pebbles V2 with some more serious sound and wow, MF delivers! Played "Dark side of the Moon" album for warm up... Uff incredible sound. My only worries was would I loose too much bass without woofer, you DoNt! Maestral work Danes! 10/10
I’ve watched all your reviews on the Arena series, and it was a wonderful journey and big influence on my purchase of Arena 3. Moment of truth, I’m kinda disappointed. Although sound is very very good, it’s literally a torcher to listen to as I’m in pain from ear fatigue. It’s like there is an evil waves coming of them to pierce my eardrum, regardless of the contents or input or Sonar setting. I use the speaker for general desktop audio usage and light media consumption. Audio editing, Gaming and special movie nights nothing replaces a good set of headphones for me My Amazon Echo Show 8 sounds easier to me as a Bluetooth speaker (too bassy for my taste though). I’m stuck with them now as I can’t return to our local dealer. Hard to recommend if you care about your ears. Long story short, please don’t buy till you properly test them first hands. Thank you for the great work 😊
I use the Presonus Eris e4.5+,the sub 8 woofer. It's a nice 2.1 setup. It's very flat sounding, which is great for music. I'm looking for something "fun" for gaming. If I were to get a SS speaker it would be the Arena 9. It's pointless to go from 2.1 to 2.0 for my use situation.
I do have speakers hooked up to my gaming setup. I just use a little Insignia sound bar. I use headphones probably 80% of the time, so I wasn't looking for anything super fancy for speakers. Plus I needed something relatively small because of how cramped my desk is. Plus I can have it connected via optical to my PC and 3.5 in the back of my monitor for my PS5. Not a fancy speaker setup, but definitely one I like
You havent reviee arena 9? I got the pro mini wireless keyboard, the onyx aeroz 3 keyboard and the artics nova pro wireless, having those as ecosystem for my pc/console its been a blast but for the prixe of the arena 9 idk if its worth not sure if the arena 3/7 is good enough
For your speaker question I always try to have speaks on my desk. I do use headphones but I do enjoy swapping out if someone is watching or if I get tired of the headphones. Nowadays I need the speakers for work.
Been looking for something like these. Been debating on the Audioengine A2+ but I don’t need something that’s $300. These seem perfect for what I’m looking for
Always have speakers. I use the JBL Quantum Duo gaming speakers for my PC, and the Kraken V3 Hypersense as headset. I usually use speakers, and use my headset only if my game or movie can disturb people in home. If i am expecting an amazon package or a package anyway i never use headphones to avoid risking not hearing the doorbell.
Issue i have is when I plug it into my monitor it often just rings. No audio. Then i have to unplug and plug it in a million times. Seeing as series x doesn’t have a port for speakers
I’ve got to say, ordered these and they just arrived. Set them up and using the EQ software (which has a lot of options to tweak) the sound was just extremely hollow and barely any lows even with the bad settings maxed out. These are a hard pass for me. Didn’t even like them for music either
150 euros is bang for you buck? I got Logitech 5.1 speakers for less and they can shake the whole floor. Sound quality is amazing for the price. I love Steelseries but they are pulling Samsung move here.
mainly i use headphones and i live in a old apartment i do have some old creative p380 i use from time to time, lets say i get out shower and have wet hair or i had headphones on for too many hours its nice having speakers to turn to
Anyone know how long the “Connect to Left Speaker” cable is? I’m unable to find anything online on how long it is. It’s mentioned it’s “quite long” but curious what the length is due to my desk setup configuration.
Pls help me , I have the Arctis Pro wired without DAC and I connected it through USB to my PS5 both front and back but it does not work , no audio coming from the headset but the lights on the headphones work .
I find with all of my computers over the years - I always get speaker hiss - it seems to be even worse if the speaker uses usb instead of aux - I even get the same thing from wireless headsets. It has been driving my crazy trying to upgrade speakers - I may just switch to a tv as a monitor and use those speakers (I sure hope they don't hiss too).
I don't get why people WONT have speakers on their desk. I hate having a headset on all the time when I'm sitting at my pc. Headset is strictly for gaming or meetings.
this one! i also hate the small hassle that I have to put on my headset when I have to listen something real quick, also I tend to have headaches when I wear one for a long period of time
Have the Arena 3s. Don’t underestimate the bass in these speakers. They actually pack a punch.

I wonder how the arena 3 will compare to the Razer Nommo and Logitech z607. I've tried both, hopefully arena 3 would be better.

Is the logictech z607 or g502 better?

Trying these out in WoW. The last "gaming" computer speakers I bought were a lot cheaper and sounded like 2 tin cans and a string.
