They’re actually better dancers now than they were then. Helps that they have a choreographer who’s worked with them for years now and knows what they’re capable of and what moves to give them to enhance their songs. Also let’s say it was Avi who was the most choreography challenged and now that they have Matt and he can dance they tend to do more on tour. Can’t wait for next week’s superfruit Saturday. Hoping you’ll try Edward 40 hands, the yoga challenge, reacting to old performances (different than this one. It’s from when they were much younger) or Ghost hunting is a fun one.
Yea the dancing was bad but they actually dance in the recent tour as well as their Christmas tour and their choreography is not bad at all. Also Mitch cringing at their vocals in since you been gone forget you is everything to me, for their fashion there has been some questionable choices but in the last tours they all looked so good. You should check out them reacting to their old performances
I’m pretty sure they did not choose their wardrobe for the show. At the beginning Mitch says “that was not our plan” and later on he asks about the newsies cap “who put that on me”. Well, what they wear now, love it or hate it, is fashion, but what they were wearing on the show was horrible GAP/ Old Navy, Matchy Matchy awfulness

As for the musical side of Superfruit vlog, I recommend THE MASH-UP GAME (feat. Tori Kelly), BAND IN A BOX CHALLENGE! SCÖMÌCHE !, there are also some episodes with "winking eye" such as PTX VOL III DANCE PARTY !!! or KARAOKE GAME.
It’s not so much that they don’t have the ability to dance as it is they had no idea what to do. They now have a professional choreographer that works with them.
As others have mentioned, their choreography and dancing has improved about 1000% in their live shows now. Granted, Avi never quite got the hang of it...but Matt's pretty good at it.

There is another superfruit video where they react to their performances from childhood to high school. One of them have Mitch and Kirsten together in a jr. high musical.
They were Babytonix - I look at them in _The Sing-Off_ and I just keep thinking "So young!" Who among us doesn't cringe at videos of ourselves when we were 19? Isn't that what old videos are for? As far as dancing goes, no, when they were dancing just because they thought they had to dance they were *not* good. But when the dance was integral to the entire performance (I'm thinking Episode 11) they did a fantastic job. To me the most interesting thing about *this* video is that apparently Mitch and Scott are completely forgetting just how stressful _The Sing-Off_ was. They learned the subject of each week's performance at the end of the performance the week before, and had just one week to come up with something. The schedule was brutal. By the tenth week Kirstie actually got sick due to the stress and they were afraid she wouldn't even be able to perform that week. By the twelfth week Scott was beginning to lose his voice, from over-use. And yet they still went out there every week and nailed it. And that is something that Superfruit would never point out, even though if it were anyone else they were critiquing it's one of the first things they'd say.
My 2 favorite superfruit videos are the photo booth challenge I believe it's called when they listen to the original album. SOOO funny, you'd LOVE IT!!
Their choreo was mapped out for them - and so were their clothes...I guess if 16 acapella groups just stood still and sang, however good they were, it wouldn't make for good television. Now they 'move' on stage, slightly scripted choreo...but much more natural and cool 😊 I get exactly what you mean about their stage gear now hahaha.... some of it is absolutely out there but I know we're all just so happy that they feel confident enough to express themselves however the mood takes them !!!
I never understood why Kirstie, alone of all the other women of the show, had outfits that didn't match with the rest of the group, or the only connection was through a tie or scarf. The women in Afro Blue and Urban Method were dressed much closer to the guys in their groups.
now they have a stylist she travels with them on tour and they really need a new one bcz you're right their outfits are awful! its hard to make Kirstie look bad but that woman seems to find at least one outfit that makes kirstie look fat and she is not fat! oddly those are the clothes kirstie likes best hahahaha its so embarrassing and cringey!

They do kind of dance a little bit on tour, not like on the sing off, but they do move around a lot and dance a bit to entertain the crowd
