Hi my cooler does not pick up water from tank, checked the motor by connecting to direct supply it works well, when connected to cooler internal wire it doesn't throw water from tank, checked the wire upto the main circuit board all looks fine no damage, what could be the problem and what Will be the solution, please guide me, your assembly video has helped me a lot to diagnosed the problem uptil now, please advise next step.

Thanks you so much for the video, But where are those i pure filter's that they mentioned in all the symphony air cooler have it. Is it true, Or nothing exist like that ?
Yes it's there at the back but doesn't look effective at all. They have added patches of three sponge type material which lies at the bottom portion of the air intake, behind the net screen(which they claim is the dustfilter but has large holes so not an effective one). The 3 patches doesn't cover the entire intake so that's useless as well. Overall a good cooler but don't expect air filter to be too effective.
