✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Water(पानी) - Some
Full Cream Milk(फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1 Litre
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल का बुरादा) - 4 - 5 Spoon
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Raisins(किशमिश) - Some (किशमिश)
Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli - Some (चिरौंजी/चारोली)
Almond(बादाम)
Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - 2 Tbsp
Bread Slices(ब्रेड स्लाइस) - 7-8
Milk(दूध) - Some
Sugar Syrup(चाशनी) - Some
Kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - 3-4 Drops
Sugar(चीनी) - 4 Tsp
Yellow Custard Powder(पीला कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Rose Petals(गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ)
Pistachio(पिस्ता)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Rabdi/Kheer, keep the pan on the flame, and put some Water, Milk in it. Boil it till it becomes half of its initial quantity. Then put some Sugar and Custard milk and boil it once again. Then keep it aside for cooling down.
For Filling: in a bowl, put Malai, Desiccated Coconut, Cardamom Powder, Raisins, Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli, Almond, and Sugar Powder and mix. then take a bread slice, cut the edges, roll it from the corner, add some milk, and make small balls of it. as shown in the video.
Balls take into a serving tray. then pour in Sugar syrup and Thick Milk on it then garnishes with Rose Petals & Pistachio. Finally, enjoy the Tasty Rasmadhuri. In this way, Halwai Style Rasmadhuri will get ready at home.
