I love this movie. It really hits on the idea of "theres someone for everybody" so beautifully. Just because you've been put into a situation that's difficult for you and people around you doesn't mean you should be restricted from finding someone who loves you that will help you through it. And you guys should look up her voice actress for the German dub, I always recommend her, because she has SUCH a nice and warm voice. But when Drew yells "KEEP RUNNING!!" , she can transform the comedy from that also so beautifully into the German, she's a very talented voice actress. Her name is Nana Spier. Make your own opinion by looking up some interviews with her. You don't need to understand German in order to understand what I mean....

But this movie had a lighter, sweeter spin on it. 🔸 Kudos to writer George Wing and director Peter Segal.

There is a guy by the name of Clive Wearing in the UK that has a memory that resets every 15-30 seconds after he got a herpes simplex virus that attacked his central nervous system. He was 47 when it started and he is now 86. His wife takes care of him now and you can find a documentary on him if you look his name up on here. In an interview, someone asked what does it feel like to have his condition. He basically said it feels like nothing, it feels like I am dead. You should watch Sean Astin in Rudy or him as a kid in The Goonies. If you want more Drew and Sandler, go with The Wedding Singer.
It still baffles me how extremely obvious this 'twist' is, even as a kid I called it 5 min. in hehe. It's literarily in your face every single scene from the get go... Yet how, for whatever reason, nobody picks up on it? That my friend, is what's actually twisted lol.

This movie had a lot of throwback jokes that reference other Adam Sandler movies.. that silly golf swing was from Happy Gilmore... Rob Schneider was the guy in The Waterboy who kept saying, "You can do it!" And the rest of the throwback jokes are escaping me right now because I really wanted to mention that fact about Rob Schneider...

Yall gotta watch another Adam Sandler classic, two actually - The Wedding Singer (Adam and Drew's first movie together - also rebooted Drew's career after she went through a wild phase and was mostly moved to b movies) and Billy Madison - Adam at his absolute funniest, it's kinda campy, but it's fkn hilarious. These are must watches for Adam Sandler.

Lol Gary busey is an actor, I best know him from being one of the main crazy bad guys in lethal weapon and doing a voice over on one of the ps games I play but he went a little nutty lol. Actually lethal weapon is a great franchise I think you'd both really like, there's 4, and they're all great, people rate them, I refuse lol.
