Hey, this song sounds good on uke! Wow, incredibly thorough tutorial my man, thank you. I looked at this song and said, oh five chords, how hard can it be?? But yeah, you're right, its all about the rhythm. Its challenging, but Billy Joel is a great songwriter, singer, performer. He really knows how to build a song.

This song is a total groove machine, too and I had so much fun learning how to play it on the Ukulele. I still can't think of any other songs, even more so the chorus, that starts with a rest on the first beat. So much fun!

+TenThumbs Productions Thanks for replying! The origin is unknown to me, but the most popular version is by Kaoma, a french pop group from the late 80's. I was inspired to learn it on the ukulele because of a youtuber's fingerstyle cover on it on his guitar (igor presnyakov).
