Chef Johnmilson Gurung's risky traditional tarai region dish, rolled up karkalo, has truly impressed me. Karkalo in this season is very risky to eat if not cooked properly can cause itching sensation in mouth and throat but seeing the celebrity judges enjoying this dish I think he cooked it perfectly delicious. The fusion of authentic flavors with a modern touch in this dish is a masterpiece. As someone who wasn't a fan of karkalo before, I am now eager to explore more of its culinary possibilities. Chef Johnmilson's ability to present Nepali dishes with both fusion and authenticity, without compromising on taste, is commendable. His dish and plating presentations on Chef Nepal consistently captivate and never disappoint. I believe he is the young, potential, and most deserving winner of Chef Nepal. I must say, watching Chef Nepal wouldn't be the same without the consistently impressive dishes and plating presentations from Chef Johnmilson. A true culinary maestro! Kudos to Chef Nepal for providing viewers with the opportunity to witness such unique and beautiful Nepali dishes through this amazing show.

Nice. Suggestion: Guests could have been first informed about the name of dish and some info before serving them. A translator could have been used for foreign guests.
It’s good TV show but lots of things to improve. - not enough resources like ingredients, equipments, tools. How can a participant create out of the box recipe? All they see is steamer, pressure cooker, pan, blender in equipments and in ingredients all they see is Nepalese spices, and normal grocery items that we use at home to cook. -participants are not given basic culinary trainings by professionals. It should have mentors to teach them various techniques, cutting skills, different food, organisation, planning, plate up, and support them to create their recipes. How can they upgrade their skill? How can they be competitive to be represented as chef Nepal winner? -direction is very poor..because this is not international franchise, the team has so many flaws in shooting, sound, scripts or dialogues, direction, editing, and the whole concept itself. Is this a one take show? No cuts and no action in anything? Doesn’t look professional in anyway. Masterclass ma pancake banauna sikairako chha, cupcake banauna sikairako chha. 😅😅. -judges: except Santosh shah, other two judges are not capable enough though they have experience, they don’t have creativity, they don’t have communication skills, they don’t have food knowledge or exposure. How can they judges others? When they comment, they can’t give critical comments. All they give is thik chha.. ramro chha. K ramro, k naramro ; Kei vanna sakdaina. Just a feedback from a viewer who has lots of expectation. Thank you
