02:22 I notice this disclaimer a lot on youtube. I don't understand how youtubers benefit from making and posting these real estate videos. Why wouldn't a youtuber benefit financially since they are promoting the property at the owner's request?
Hi! In my case it's about building my brand, I have plans for the future that I can only realize if I have a decent user base. This involve a lot of investment on my side and I'm working at a loss. Rest assured the plans are to make easier for everyone to purchase properties but I'm not there yet. It's tricky to get properties to film if you ask for compensation, and impossible to get properties for a promotional videos unless you're someone like Nick :D (italian property).
This has got to be the most inefficient way to build your brand. Work out how much each of these videos cost in time and money - I bet you wouldn't get a lot of change out of 1000 euro - and spend it on advertising. These videos reach maybe 10 to 15,000 views on a good day? For the same cost, you could reach around 350,000 using a 30 second ad on TV (for example). Even more using the web.
@@OneStopAbruzzo Nope, you're not hearing. You're pushing water uphill with the most inefficient way to become famous - which is basically what 'building your brand' is. So many UA-camrs forget that they need to market themselves and think that UA-cam itself will make them famous. They forget that back in the old days, people got famous for doing something they got paid to do - and often someone was also promoting (marketing) them to make them famous as quickly as possible. All of the lessons and learnings are out there, and have been for decades. It's worth looking into them, so you can stop wasting your time, energy and money. But you do you. One other tip. Invest in a tripod for when you talk to the camera - like Nick F - rather than fill the screen with your face.
@@OneStopAbruzzo I understand your game plan. If the goal is similar to David's from A Home In Italy, then it is badly needed. I appreciate how he works and how there is one price that includes everything, including his fee for services, is how buyers like it. No hidden expenses that you hadn't prepared for. Keep at it Rino and say hello to Paola (Paula?). Her English improves every time I hear her.
That is a wonderful find! Vittorito is at the top of my list to purchase property next year. This home would have been tempting as a serious contender. At the top of the stairs leading to the garden space, there is a door opposite the one you came out of. Where does that door lead?

That garden space is the best surprise of the tour. I really love it.

This property has been on my favourites list for ages, but I don't think I could handle the heat😢

Is the garden shared? There’s another aluminum door across from the garden entrance
Hi, no, there's only the boiler there if I remember correctly, or just some small storage space
