Father MOMOTARO ♂(2000/7/3)
He is hesitant in new situations and is a loner.
His father died before he was born, and he had never spent time with a silverback.
He had already turned into a silverback by the time he was 10 years old.
He is struggling with unfamiliar child-rearing.
MOMOTARO's father is BIJU.
MOMOTARO's mother is MOMOKO.
Mother GENKI ♀ (1986/6/24)
She is 14 years older than Momotaro and has a role to support the whole family mentally.
She has had a tumultuous and eventful life.
She has returned to her birthplace, Kyoto City Zoo.
She had never been blessed with a baby but after meeting Momotaro,
she had two sons.
She is a very maternal female gorilla.
GENKI's father is MAC.
GENKI's mother is HIROMI.
First son GENTARO, male (2011/12/21)
He was separated from his mother Genki soon after he was born.
Genki's milk production was not very good.
He was raised by his keeper for his first10 months.
Because of this, he is very fond of humans.
His face is so expressive, and everyone enjoys watching him.
Second son KINTARO ♂ (2018/12/19)
He is just very strong-willed and independent.
He has big eyes and long eyebrows.
The way he plays a lot with his brother Gentaro makes everyone smile.
We can't wait to see what kind of gorilla he'll become!

Kintaro plays hard! A tough little monster!
Sometimes Kintaro’s facial expressions will remind me of an old man. When he gets that solemn face. Anyone else feel the same. He is fun to watch, he has so many different ways of acting. He’s a real mama’s boy. Momo seems to want to interact but it seems Kintaro’s is not trusting from other times Momo has scared him.
I agree! I have thought on a few occasions that he looks like he has an old man's face on his little boy body! But I'm not sure *old* is the word I really want to use. I think he seems very smart, cunning and mischievous. He also sometimes has this maturity about him that is beyond his years. Maybe that is what we're seeing on his adorable little face. I love watching him, and the rest of his family! They just fascinate me!💗🦍

Kintaro s hand will get better. Kintaro smaller. Well Kintaro did not get enough milk from moma Genki during first period. Besides, seems Genki is quite small. It doesn t matter. We love them the same.

Gentaro,no muerde a,Genki.Le da un manotazo en el hombro,para llamar su atención, o le da con una rama en el hombro.Genki,no quiere eso,por que sabe que Momotaro,le puede hacer daño a,Gentaro.Por,eso a veces los vemos juntos.Fuera de camaras de video,más veces.Esas heridas de Genki y,Kintaro,son el colmillo de Momotaro.Que no,le echen la culpa a,Gentaro.A,Kintaro,no lo muerde.

Sekarang sulit untuk menanam rumput di rumah gorila di Kebun Binatang Kyoto. Dan butuh waktu beberapa bulan agar rumput bisa berakar.
