You are a saint on earth. I have been stressing for the past 3 hours on ONE question and nothing I could find helped. i even asked chat GPT. Thank you.
Thank you so much sir. I have been up till 1:45 trying to finish my math homework an study for a test, and you made everything so easy. Thank you so much.
I got so many questions wrong because I just couldn't tell which one was adjacent and he explained it it such an easy way. My maths teacher did not explain this topic well at all. Thank you sir!
Thankk you very much sir... it helped a lot... i am really confused of where would the adjacent side be but when i watched your video is it really heped a lot... i wish you can help more people
The last time I was in high school was 14 years ago. I decided to go back to school now. I have to do upgrading since I've out for so long, but you explain everything so clearly that even my monkey brain can understand thank you so much.
The question is how do we determine its adjacent, opposite and hypotenuse without those theta or angle thingy. Given that those thing is not present then It is common to think that the longer side is the hypotenuse. But without any extra details to find out where tha adjacent and opposite then we are at sake here. Tho good video it made me understand quickly but it doesn't let me understand fully.
Thank the lord for this video. I failed a test 2 times meaning one more strike and I get an F and I can't change it. This helped a lot I was so confused.
Okay, question! If i am given a right triangle, the hypotenuse is given and 90 degrees is given. The questions ask me to determine the length of the side opposit to the hypotenuse. How do i do that?
To easily identify an angle whenever the angle rotates, you must consider both angles is provided as guidelines to aid you. IF the right angles and other angles are laid on the same side, then that line segment is known adjacent.
thank you so much! no one ever explained this to me. I feel much better going into my first pre-calc exam now that I know what the heck i'm doing, yay!
In a practice problem how would you determine which sides are opposite and adjacent if there is no theta given to you? And what can you do to find the theta if it's not provided?
The problem I'm having is that the diagrams I'm given don't have an angle to reference. Its only the right angle. How do I discern between Adjacent and Opposite sides with no marker for the angle?
I was totally confused because I can't find the adjacent and opposite sides correctly when the triangle is in different angles. Now I can find them easily which is because of you, Sir 🙏I'll worship you
That helped a lot. I am going through the sine cosine and tangent right now, and the lesson didn't go over how to find which of the legs are opposite and adjacent.
So my teacher did such calculation with this method and only said he "just reversed" the triangle and named it opposite adjacent and hypotenuse cause it's just upside down. Thank you for explaining!
In my class (Online college student here), they aren't giving us the angle. Do you have any tips or tricks for someone that is completely stupid in math lol? Like without the angle? Because they aren't giving us angles.
If they aren't giving you the angles, then you will have to take extra steps. They must be giving you the sides so you can calculate the angles using the sides.
Mannnnn, It's been one hell of a journey with this man. Been watching since the 5th grade, now I'm in 10th trig. Thanks for all the help brother.

But what if both sides have known angles. For instance 90 30 60 degrees. Which one is the ajacent and which one is opposite?
depends on the angle you are referencing
