For the 3x3 falling sand guessing thing, you should've made the door facing the front part of the obsidian. They could've just went into that tiny little spot near the iron door. Either Cube or Leowook could've entered the door and the other can just mlg into the water. Nice Vid
For the armor stands, you could have had some red stone in the sky throw down invis splash potions activated by a pressure plate and the invis pots would hit the armor stands having the armor stands invis and they would get really confused

I would've probably done something a lot simpler using ender pearls. There's a trick in the game that allows you to clip through ceiling blocks using ender pearls by placing a piston under you in a 2-block space, activating it, then using one pearl into the ceiling before throwing one more to your side so you get on top of the blocks rather than suffocate in them. To put it short, you can do things like teleport to the top of the nether using ender pearls if you're good enough at using the trick. I would have an ender pearl stasis chamber set up thousands of blocks away on the top of the nether and keep a friend there, that way you can run into the nether portal, go up to the bedrock layer, glitch through, then use that time you've bought to signal your friend on a call to open the trap door on the stasis chamber. By the time the hunters figure out the glitch and get up top, you'll be thousands of blocks away.

In the thumbnail we can see that the Pythagoras theorem is used which shows that the archer used the theorem to fin the side of a triangle and by finding the distance between him and parrot he determined that the arch of the arrow caused by gravity because of the diameter/mass of the game mechanics would cause parrot to have a limit on about .4 of a second to react making him vaunirable to the max dog caused by the arrow 🏹
For the riddle at the end: is it just "YOU DUMB" if so it's really easy. It would mean that the random characters at the bottom are a decoy to confuse you and the actual trick was taking the uppercase letters on the second page. This seems too easy so it's probably wrong. What did other people find?

You couldve placed two observers under the pressure plates so they dont break it, because if the pressure plate was broken a signal would be sent through along with if the observer was broken through that gap between them

Page 1 - I believe the encoded message is a caeser cipher (which happens to be the same thing leo decoded when rekrap2 was hiding Zams statue) The reason why there are < signs is the order of the people the POG will kill. In rekraps vid at the end, there was a cliffhanger to rekrap talking to the "trapmaster". Conicedentaly in that video, they were trying to kill Parrot. The time is ticking phrase basically says that there is a time limit on how fast Parrot can act. Page 2 - If you combine all the capital letters you get YOU DUMB (literally). For the riddle at the end: is it just "YOU DUMB" if so it's really easy. It would mean that the random characters at the bottom are a decoy to confuse you and the actual trick was taking the uppercase letters on the second page. This seems too easy so it's probably wrong. What did other people find?

You couldve placed two observers under the pressure plates so they dont break it, because if the pressure plate was broken a signal would be sent through along with if the observer was broken through that gap between them

Page 1 - I believe the encoded message is a caeser cipher (which happens to be the same thing leo decoded when rekrap2 was hiding Zams statue) The reason why there are < signs is the order of the people the POG will kill. In rekraps vid at the end, there was a cliffhanger to rekrap talking to the "trapmaster". Conicedentaly in that video, they were trying to kill Parrot.
The time is ticking phrase basically says that there is a time limit on how fast Parrot can act.

And that's mainly used for measuring like ladders and stuff You rarely use that in real life....
