Hi! I have eczema, and I'm about to start my dupixent journey. I've seen your before videos, and I cant fully relate but I can relate a bit. The feeling of not being able to walk due to the dryness of the back of your knees, not being able to look up because of your dry cracked neck, people telling you to "just put on lotion." The inability to shower. Just sitting there, your skin stinging. The hate of steroids making things worse. I'm so happy for you. Your hands are beautiful now. I currently have very red knuckles, wrinkly fingers, wrinkly knees, my ankles, feet, knees, elbows wrists, and hands are all lumpy and red. I currently use "Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP" which is a steroid for my skin. It had effects but I just don't want to use steroids. It hurts to wash my hair because of the shampoo getting into the wounds of my hands. I just want to know, will it hurt? Will dupixent hurt? Will it stop me from going to bed crying, sobbing in the shower, feelings suicidal, feeling so ugly and imperfect and down on myself? Is it worth it?
I’m so sorry you’re going through all of that:(( I understand as I was there once too. Dupixent has worked so well and it saved me from the horrid days. Believe that things will get better. sending you all the love and light 🤍
@@remi.tswjourneyHello! Ive been on dupixent for about a month. I have gotten better, but can I ask you if your knees were wrinkly before? And having many creases, do those creases go away?
The wrinkles, for me, just suddenly went away after a while. I didnt do dupixent, but I started tsw same time as you and went on cyclosporine after about 7 months in. Did cyclosporine for 5 months. My wrinkles from tsw are now all gone. I did a little botox on my forehead as well, but that wasnt really nescessary, just for fun :) Good to see that you are doing better, you were such a support for me going through my worst period of tsw
aw it’s so great to hear that I was able to support you in some way during TSW! I feel like my wrinkles are getting lighter. Hopefully they’ll fully go away!!
@bubblesdarling well, that depends on the person. I didnt have any withdrawal symptoms, 9 months after I took the last pill. Some get huge side effects and withdrawal from dupixent. Some get from cyclo. It's not always black or white
I have TSW. Dead sea salt bath was a game changer. I healed 80% in 2 month using dead sea salt bath...my sleep is still messed up, but my skin is almost good.
Im on 3 yrs and 3 months on tsw at first i did not know i can do this. But now im doing great i only use skin care everyday for maintain my skin barrier ok since topical steriod destroy my skin. Just keep going all things will be better❤
I gained some weight after dupixent too but it was good weight. I suspect its because my body could recover and get a full night's rest without the itching.

May I suggest to lower the background music when you speak? It clashes with your communication
