I would like to get into yak fishing here but not sure which store(s) are good to do business with and have good selection and service. Where do you recommend?
Does that kayak move through the water easier than the PDL? I have a PDL and I’m just curious, I understand it’s easier to transport and move on land Due to being smaller and lighter....only curious about while in the water, difference between the Mirage and PDL Drive, say for instance long distance across the water is it easier harder or pretty much the same.... thanks.
The PDL moves easier on the water because of the prop and les drag and is easier on the knees and legs. The Hobie has two fins that push against the water that gives resistance so your knees and legs start to hurt. So for long distanced the PDL wins and the seat is better than the Hobie and is a lot more sturdy on the water.
Lol agree, but I've been using that calendar for awhile and it works really good on the shoreline as well on the ocean but this time I wanted to try something different and go out on the ocean even though the calendar said not to. I usually go out when the calendar says its good but never when it says its bad. Wanted to see how accurate it is even though the weather man says its going to be a nice day. And guess what? the calendar was correct. I caught most of my fish by following the calendar that is made for Hawaii and its really good. Just another tool to have something to think about.
Sure just like the strong winds, big swells, whales and flipping over but it comes with Kayaking. Have to take the good with the bad. Kayaking isn't for everyone that's why I make them vid so people can still enjoy without the fear of going in the water.
