We made a video showing how you can power an external audio recorder your Panasonic 4k camera all from a single USB battery pack. But we ran into a ground loop issue and wanted to share with you how we fixed it.
We just needed to add a ground loop isolator when plugging from Tascam to mic in on the G85.
In our testing we find the audio is pretty good into the G85 but WAY better if you record to the tascam directly and sync audio and video in post. Hope this helps!
