True story. The day Oasis hit their first number one they played Belfast. Sat with Liam in the secret “Bob Marley” suite 😉 listened to him for an hour along with the other engineers (weed sorted him out earlier). Solid lad who adored his older brother but only understood 50% of the conversation but still a good lad all the same. Good memories

I was getting smashed with Oasis growing up as my 2 older brothers were obsessed and I honestly preferred what was going on in America at that time. I loved Stone Roses and Ride but I came to appreciate Oasis later on when it wasn't being forced upon me. Just fantastic songwriters but always felt they weren't particularly about musicianship. There's a simplicity and directness that is undeniably brilliant and can't be overstated. I prefer his solo stuff to Noel's I must say which seems more fanciful and frilly.

In the 80's I was a big Genesis, Phil Collins and Pink Floyd fan.
In the 90's, I really bever expanded my taste in music....Boring!...yeah, I know.🤷‍♂️
Then in the 00's...weirdly enough... Listened to more classical artists like Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli.
It wasn't until my kids said, "Hey you gotta check out this guy on UA-cam...he's pretty good".
I think I started with his review on "Dimash"... and I've been hooked ever since.
Now, I can't miss a show and seriously hope he gets involved in a Podcast... Justin would be amazing interviewing people and also...Just being Justin. I think he could carry a 1-2 hour podcast very easily!
