Have you ever tried to slice the onion thinly and add it to your cucumber and vinegar mixture? So yummy also. Or onion cucumber and sliced tomatoes all in a pickling vinaigrette a dash of minced garlic.

Hi lou thats my fav hot choc and i buy the sachets as that way i can get a selection of flavours. they do mint, orange , white choc and honeycomb although the plain belgian choc is by far my favourite . I sometimes add a spoonful of coffee to it and hey presto you have a mocha style drink . Px
