- Again, uploaded for a blog. There is already a vido of this postd, but it wasn't very good quality. Though after this has gone through youtube, I'm not sure how much better this will be.
My favorite RPG during my childhood...It still is tbh.
Yep, definitely one of the best tracks in the game.
I didn't think the ending was that hard. I hated how if you save in the last room, you can't go back out. Your stuck there to eternally beat the last guy.

if they! if they ever and ever make that game for the 3ds or a sequel with more tracks, battle themes, button controls for talking and such, the "puzzle system" let it for what it is, more areas, maybe as an eshop title or full cardridge. would be great its 11 years when this game was released and it was also the first traditional turn-based rpg on the ds. this game is great and it stays great even till this day. it was my first game also for the ds and boy what a start

since this is practically the spiritual successer to super mario rpg (in terms of game play) at least there was a prequel

Backrow Dark Magic is very underrated in a lot of places I read about this game. Back row Dazzle Darts? On a BOSS? Holy crap it wrecks face.
Favorite spell for that reason. From the moment I saw Biek Fowler use it. Hoping I would learn it.

Remember kids, the Lt. Mugwort battle was the first time you heard this. That battle was such shit.
Also let's remember that Chard didn't get his own theme, rip my guy.
Chard also kinda disappeared from the plot for a huge section of the game and then he randomly reappeared towards the end. I legit forgot he existed.
I'm remembering the fight against that policeman with a star on his back
Yeah that is the first time you hear this soundtrack in the game
It is just epic.And the fact that the first time you hear it after Mugwort you get to hear it thrice in a row on Razen just makes sure you never forget it.
the space police were amazing af XD kicking there ass was even more amazing

@YontzyFonzy Well, I generally feel that more than two loops through a song is a bit excessive, especially for long songs like the ones in Magical Starsign. I always say that if you really want to hear it again, you can always just play the song again. : P And in regards to your other comment, yes, the other Magical Star sign music vids are terrible quality. I'm surprised they didn't release a soundtrack in Japan...

When and if you ever get a cable to replace your old one, you should also get the pirate battle music. The other videos with Magical Starsign music have terrible quality...you do a much better job of it. Kudos to you, my friend!

Umbra, a souped up powered up form of Shadra. It's attacks hurt, but it's nowhere near as bad as that fucking Cybersaurus refight five floors up. After the third floor (there are twenty in total) the difficulty eases off slightly, but it's a very challenging postgame fight.
Your reward for defeating this monster? A putty pea; the last one in the game. And the ability to go and roflstomp the regular final boss I guess.
