Great job! I know people using a Hammer or Crowbar and totally damaged the Hitch. So easy to hitch and unhitch when you learn how to deal with this type of hitch. When done right you can open with pressure of a finger.
Thanks for some of those tidbits. I was not aware of pulling forward on the Anderson levelers. So I will definitely Drive forward on the Anderson levelers next camping season. By the way I haven’t seen our little buddy Rocky lately
Good helpful hints. I have a suv similar to yours, and towing something that cute would be great. But I'm not good at figuring out physics when I'm about fed up trying to hitch or unhitch somthing that cute in a campsite or parking lot. I'll probably, for now, anyway, just stick to car camping and call it a day or night, whatever.
Hi Jenn! Great tips! I really struggled releasing my tow ball from the trailer until I learned about pulling forward a touch with the wheels chocked. That made an instant difference and I haven't had any issues since then. I didn't know about pulling forward onto the Anderson system so that is a big help! Thanks as always for the great tips!
Jenn, everything you suggested is good advice. A newbie might need to watch this video a few times, to really understand the physics. I watched one tip, more than a few times, to understand what you were saying and I’m not a newbie! I think someone demonstrating these suggestions, would be a great session for UCamp. Demonstrating backing onto and also pulling onto the Anderson levelers would really be helpful to understand the weight distribution of each way. Most of us are better visual learners than talking about something. I have a tow vehicle with air suspension that hasn’t been working. Now that I have it fixed, I need to figure out when the system releases, too. Thanks for the suggestion of leaving the driver door open. It’s on my list of things to do when I get my 400 out in the Spring. Thanks, Jenn. This was a great video. With more experience, a person really understands better after having these problems!!! It’s a good day, when you understand how to correct a problem and you get that big “Aha moment! Thanks Jenn!

It’s really too bad that happened, but I cannot say I am surprised. People get desperate!
As always, nicely done and much appreciated!
Thank you for the great tips Jenn. Really helpful for this 360 newbie and first time camper owner. -Bobby
@@seabees33 so glad they were helpful!
This is so useful, especially for the newer owners! Thanks Jenn!
Thank you, Dawn!

@@ggebhard1 thanks, Gail!
For leveling use a Flat-Jack 2.0 leveller
What about a Mover ?
