three ways to elevate your cocktails: SIMPLE SYRUP edition | just a quickie

these three simple syrups will take your cocktail game to another level! start by mastering the traditional version, which is equal parts sugar and water. move on to honey - which I usually make with about 2x the water to honey (but you do you, boo boo). Kick it into high gear with rose simple syrup - the absolute perfect balance of sweet and floral! for each 1/4 of sugar and water you use, add 2T of rose water (which you can find near the bitters in your local liquor store).
And by the way - my favorite cocktail with that ultimate, delicious, perfect rose syrup? a turkish twist!
